Do not trust this business. They promised that an iPhone battery replacement would be effective, would not provide a refund when it was not, and said that the reason the replacement was not effective was because of the inability of the iPhone's 2020 CPU to power Apple's current 2024 iOS (i.e., they knew from the beginning that a battery replacement would not in fact be effective, but took my money anyway). If this happens to you, small claims court is the option for compelling a refund.

Easy to make an appointment for repair! Listened to my concerns about the challenges I was having with an older phone and walked me through the process. I apologize for forgetting the women's name that works there but she was so welcoming & she explained that it would be an hour but it was only not even 30 mins she came out I got an alart my phone that it was ready & she explained yes & I just started laughing it it was super quick . I LOVED THE WORK & I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE GETTING THERE PHONE FIXED TO COME HERE !!!!

Very polite and provided cost up front whether my item was repairable or not. They tried to fix it and it is beyond fixing. Paid a very fair price for their time to work on it. Will definitely go back.

Needed a new battery for my wife’s iPhone SE. They ordered it and got it installed two days later. Good service and I like that they use original Apple parts. Recommended.

They fixed my phone screen but now my phone’s data does not work. I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy and they said my data isn’t working due to the work done on it at CPR, and they’ve seen multiple phones that were mishandled by them. I also had to take my phone in again after they initially fixed the screen because there was debris left on the front camera and it made the front camera view blurry. They fixed the blurry camera, but my data has been shot since.
EDIT for the owner:
You are saying that you cannot be held responsible because of the functionality of the phone previous to the screen being fixed because it was so broken it couldn’t be tested. However, the data did not stop working after the original fix, therefore it is impossible that my data would have lost functionality prior to bringing it into your store. The data did not stop working until it was brought in again to clean the debris your crew left in my front camera. I will bring in the diagnostics done by Geek Squad that states the issue with my data comes from 3rd party parts within the phone. The only people who have done anything regarding “third party parts” are the folks at CPR. Hope this clears up your confusion.

They found a way to do something 2 other places told me they couldn't figure out, and helped save years of images and videos from my broken phone. Violet helped me at the front, and everyone there was prompt, kind, and helpful. Definitely recommend.
