I ordered an EVS mask and later that day I was emailed by customer service that it was in fact not in stock and proceeded to give me a detailed update on the product. I have continued to receive updates and experienced nothing but professionalism and even flexibility in offering to alter my order if desired. Tippmann parts is a wonderful team that I will continue to shop from. Shoutout to Joseph and Ken from their customer service team for all the updates and assistance. These people got your back.

Ordered a part that was in stock on the website. Got an email saying that the item was 2 months in back order. Call them to make sure they have what you need in stock since they cant keep track of their own inventory.

This place is on point. Had the best price for the item I wanted and there was a small discrepancy so they jumped on it immediately and corrected everything. Even paid for my return shipping and got a replacement out fast. Kaara C was on it. Highly recommend.

Lived in Eastern Kansas for years and didn't know this was here. These guys had everything for my Tippmann 98. Even had mag feed kits. Cool ww2 custom Tippmann's too! If you travel down I-70 and have a Tippmann, you definitely need to stop in here.
