“Detailed and professional team. From the time of quoting to picking up, I was text frequently on updates and progress. Took dirty truck in for front end work and received it back washed and wiped down condition. Even the steering wheel and dash was wiped and cleaned. Body and paint work was exceptional. “I had a flat tire and needed help putting on a spare. When the tow arrived the the service was good. Speedy, efficient, friendly. It costed $92 to replace my tire. I haven't needed this service enough to know if that's a good deal.
There was some confusion and miscommunication on where I was at. This led to delayed service. The operator relayed incorrect information about my location to the driver. The driver went to the wrong location and called me. He didn't identify who he was so I mistook him for another tow I called earlier but decided not to use because the wait time was too long. I told him I had called someone else and didn't need service anymore.
But I appreciated the professionalism and fast replacement time when he did arrive”
