This credit union in general is amazing. The branch is full of welcoming tellers and consultants; they all know me by name! They're always eager to answer my financial questions. I highly recommend this financial institution. They also have an amazing coffee machine. A home away from home!

I’ve been with Truity about a year now and have really enjoyed my experience. I recently moved a bit away but love their shared branch service as well as their name it save it that keeps going up in rate! I especially liked working with Josie in the drive through the other day who was helpful in passing along information to the consultants about getting online banking set up. Highly recommend this credit union!

Every time I come into Truity , I am greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The well-organized layout and the availability of various self-service options impress me.I must commend Truity for its commitment to modern banking practices. Your online and mobile banking platforms have been incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to manage my accounts conveniently from anywhere at any time.

I wouldn’t recommend banking here. It was really great at first and then they started letting fraud happen on our account. My husband and I have fought with them to let us know when fraud happens on our account but they don’t bother to do that. Their security system is awful as well as customer service over the phone. We haven’t even gotten our new cards back because we had to shut them off due to the fraudulent transactions. Oh and don’t trust their banking online at all.

I've been with the credit union since 2006 when it was KU Credit Union. The people have always been great and are very much willing to help. The issue I have is with their online banking, mostly. I'm in the military and when I deploy, I do not have a cell phone. Their online banking requires a phone (they have an "Authy app" option, but it requires a phone to setup, too, so either way....you need a phone for two factor authentication) which I do not have. Because of that I will very likely be forced to move accounts to an establishment that is more military friendly before my next deployment. They also recently implemented a new security system/protocol that flags my normal transactions as fraudulent because I use a VPN. Unfortunately, the establishment has gone down hill in the last few years, which will force me to leave. But the people you interact with always have been - and continue to be - great. Very unfortunate.

Impeccable customer service, it’s amazing and I will say unparalleled as it relates to the service that you will receive an experience here and not only just this branch, I’ve been to different one in other towns, and they are all amazing! Oh also, the contact-center, Everyone there is so helpful too, it’s just an amazing establishment and I’m proud to be a member of Truity credit Union. Thank you for taking such good care us!

Very disappointed. I went in today to try to open an account after I heard about the credit union from my new job. I was told they were out of appointments and I'd have to wait until next week. No mention of setting one up online or any further information or help. Doesn't make me want to bring my business here very badly.

Chance at Truity has been the best person to work with! He has helped me with absolutely everything I have ever needed! From sending emails to talking on the phone, he has been AMAZING! I truly appreciate everything he has done for me since opening my account with Truity! He has gone above and beyond when it comes to helping me! Without him, my experience probably wouldn’t have been as pleasant!

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I recently bought a new car and the dealership acquired my loan through this credit union. A "complimentary account" is opened for you additionally, and is mandatory in order to continue to hold a loan through the bank. They add random fees and charges to this existing account. I have never had so much trouble PAYING a bill in my life. It's like they don't want your money. In order to pay the billI you have to connect an external account through the site. Which sounds easy, but is actually impossible as the feature does not work. They offer third party payment processing though an application that requires you to share all of your private bank account information including statement history, and address etc. in order to make a payment. They additionally offer over the phone payments with a "courtesy" fee of $10. It's absolutely absurd! When i call the bank to try to manage these issues the only help they offer is to "come in to the bank and see them" I live over an hour away from the neatest location. They say I can manually deposit my payment into the account they opened for me at that location for easy payment... Again I live over an hour away from this bank. I will never recommend them and as soon as I can refinance I will be transferring my loan out of this credit union.

This is literally the worst credit union to use. They tell you false information and then do nothing to help you when they failed to do things the right way. I don’t recommend them at all.
