Customer service is great! Fast and friendly! Moving is stressful and this was my first time renting a U-Haul. Having Chris M take me through the process and be so helpful made my moving day that much easier!

The gentleman assisted me was incredible in every way. very polite and personal. Multitasked very well. I realize most people he deals with are in stressful situations, as no one rents a Uhaul just for fun. He goes out of his way to be a bright spot for people during a stressful time in life.

Amazing experience with U-Haul. I reserved online. When we arrived, the trailer was ready and it only took about 5 minutes to pay, scan drivers license and get the trailer hooked to the truck. Returning was just as easy. We pulled up, they checked the condition of the trailer and sent us on our way. Very much recommend for a fast and easy hauling experience!
(One note: if you rent one of the smaller trailers, I recommend putting a rag or sock over the trailer ball. Otherwise, it will make a LOT of noise, especially when empty. But don’t worry, the trailer isn’t actually falling off the truck; it’s just noisy.)

My experience was disappointing. I had issues with the U-Haul from the start, which delayed my plans. After the problem was fixed, I returned the truck without being able to complete what I needed. This left me very unhappy. The location offered me a $20 discount, but I felt it wasn’t sufficient, so I contacted customer care. Shortly after, Chris called me back. Unfortunately, his attitude was unpleasant and came across as argumentative, which made the situation even more frustrating. He did offer another $27 off of the total pair which was fine and I was satisfied. Nonetheless, my 3 stars is definitely the attitude that was given.

These guys are the best! I am a frequent flier and no o matter what my situation is they always get my in a truck or extend my rental the best they can. Always friendly and helpful even if they’re super busy, they get it done! Best uhaul guys ever!!!!

I rented a truck for an in-town move and everything about it was smooth. Pick-up was easy, the truck was great, and drop-off was easy too.
