Amin was very helpful when my system went down. He gave me the correct advice, which saved a service call to our house. He had set up the service call for a time as quickly as they could come, but I canceled the call because of his advice over the phone. Definitely a service-minded person and business.

Amin and his staff have for the past 8 years allowed me, not a tech-savvy person, to accomplish what I wanted both professionally and personally. I just recently got my second laptop from UNI since my first one (purchased from UNI in 2017) was working fine but was not Windows 11 compatible. He came to my house, patiently setting up the new laptop after having transferred data from the 2017 laptop. Ever since the start of the COVID pandemic in March 2020, I have been recording broadcasts at home for Audio-Reader, an important resource for blind and visually impaired people. He has helped answer my questions, by phone, email, and in person. At his recommendation, I switched to Emsisoft anti-virus protection. When questions arise about it or any other aspects of my laptop, I can communicate quickly with a local native-English speaker instead of some third country service half-way around the world whose English is difficult to understand. My laptop was frozen at startup. UNI had to reset the motherboard to proceed with the analysis, but chose not to charge us for the reset. Their quality work was done rapidly in a friendly, professional manner. The laptop now works like it was new.
