At 8:06 I finally decided to leave because nobody was there. The store opens at 8:00 a.m. it is a Thursday and this was the second time this week that they couldn't open the store on time. Absolutely unprofessional!

Elizabeth provided great customer service. She took her time to find the right sized box to package are picture frame and she didn't make us feel like it was burden on her. She was extremely helpful and friendly and took her time to make sure we were satisfied. She explained to us how she would package the picture frame to make sure it would not be damaged. She was

Rebecca was phenomenal! She made me feel very welcome and supported in my endeavors in dealing with important paperwork and getting them copied and faxed. A hard time with personal family matters was made just that much easier by her great customer service. It's my favorite location.

The staff were unpleasant and unhelpful to me and to 4 other customers. I left and came back thinking it was the line but they were even more unpleasant when I returned. No need for that.
