I’m not from the lawrence area, came here for college and back home US bank is just awesome thought I wasn’t gonna have any problems here but I tried depositing money and after 5 minutes the ATM spits out a receipt saying it was unable to deposit OR RETURN THE MONEY. I tried calling the number on the receipt and absolutely NO ON ANSWERS this is unacceptable

U.S Bank on 23rd street is one of the most unhelpful and incompetent branch in U.S. My senior aunt went to withdraw some money via their drive through to deposit at her other bank. the problem begin when she deposited the money at her other bank and they called her back saying one of the $100 bill was fake. They told her to call U.S bank to report this issue. She went back to U.S Bank with receipts. They told her there is nothing they can do about it. They keep giving her the run around. They don't even care that she is a senior. They stopped picking our call. My aunts money is gone just like that. They won't take responsibility for their fault. All of their employees are so rude and not competent. Is this what U.S bank policy is with their senior customers? Never banking or doing business with this bank again.

South branch hours since the pandemic are inconvenient. I work 8 to 5 Monday -Friday and they're never open when I get off work and they're only open 9 to 11 on Saturdays. I went today and I waited and waited with Only 1 lane in the drive-through for customers and 1 lane for merchants was open. I have a disability so going inside was not easy for me. I only needed a change order and online or mobile app is not an option. Please consider expanding your hours. Not everyone can or should be forced to do everything through online banking and mobile apps.

Holding a deposit check for two weeks, not telling me they would hold it when I deposited. Nothing but problems since I’ve started my account with them. Do not recommend this bank.

We went to the ATM to make a withdrawal and it didn't give us our money. It's gone from our account which means our money just disappeared. The guy at the bank said he couldn't do anything since the ATM is through another company. He did say we would get it back in 24 hours but now we are being told two weeks if they even give it back.

Me and my husband went in to open a new joint account but we ended up running into quite a few obstacles in doing so and Sangeeta, who was helping us open the account, was SO patient and helpful! The manager had gotten involved too, and she was very helpful as well! Thank you both so very much for your patience with us and getting us taken care of, we really appreciate it!

It takes forever at this branch! I am having to wait every day to do a work deposit way past the time I get paid to make the deposit. The people are friendly but they definitely need more staff! Its ridiculous!

I cannot thank this branch enough. Moving is hard, especially when your bank doesn't move with you. Allan helped me open my account here and gave me all my options. When I came back I decided to apply for a credit card to move existing debt I had at a credit union half way across the country. Chelsea went above and beyond (and not to mention extremely patient) to help me apply and deal with the other credit union and get my accounts in order. So thankful for you guys!
