It took a couple of weeks to replace our mailboxes at our apartments. We did not receive our mail, and were told to come to this location to get it. The line was very long and slow moving. There was no communication about when our mailboxes would be fixed.

Cannot get through to an agent to figure out what happened to my package. Cannot get through on the phone at all. Cannot get my tracking number in the automated call, cannot get past the package tracking number to get to an agent. Don't call. Just go in person. Wasted over 20 minutes for the automated to still tell me I had 25 minutes to wait and it wouldn't dial me through. Waste of time.

It seems like every worker has an attitude problem. I called today and the lady I spoke to was really rude about me having problems with my mail keys. I go in all the time to send stuff and even then the workers are rude.

This post office stole my package. They said there was no record of a package. Only my mail was returned to me. Do not trust this post office.

The most incompetent USPS I have ever dealt with. They’ll send your mail back for no reason. I have no faith in this branch of the USPS and wish that their employees actually delivered mail properly.

Staff is always super friendly. Drop offs inside always get scanned even when left at the drop off counter. Drop offs in the outside 'drive-thru' drop-off box seem to not be getting scanned lately. Normally not an issue, but it is worth noting if you send a lot of tracked packages they should always be taken inside even if they are shipped in very small boxes or bubble mailers.

The employees here have always been exceptionally friendly. Out of the three locations I've delivered mail out of town, they're the only ones who haven't lost a single package. I know human error happens, but these guys are on top of their game and always process the mail efficiently. The only post office in town that I'd trust with using the indoor drop box instead of waiting in line for an acceptance scan.

Employees inside are nice, but the people who deliver the mail constantly lose letters and packages. They somehow have managed to lose every drivers license that was supposed to be delivered.

Showed that my package was delivered and it was not, its been 3 days so this is simply horrible service. That is literally just straight up lying.
