I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I did not have to wait. I was able to pull right in. Everyone was friendly and did not try to pressure me into buying extra stuff. I will always go back for future oil changes.

Almost 3 hours for oil change, tire rotation, both diff oil and transfer case oil change. During the tire rotation they dropped my truck off the lift, I watched it. Literally watched my truck tires hit the ground. Then two of your people told me that’s not what happened, that the lift fell not my truck.
I demanded that they put a note on my receipt about the incident in case there was any damages.
During this entire process they serviced 10 other vehicles while mine sat. Including a tire rotation and oil change on an f250 king cab that was larger than my vehicle. The service on that vehicle was less than an hour.
I was there for 3 hours

I had my daughter take her car in for an oil change. They informed her the air filter needed replaced. I don’t disagree it was time to do it but I do feel they way over charged for it. We had a coupon to use for the oil change 20$ off but to charge $60 for an air filter with the same air filter at AutoZone is 21.99. A little disappointed in the service this time.

I was an ASE certified tech, until I got my degrees, and this Valvoline had been a fine place, until I bought my Subaru. Wrong oil filter and viscosity used at my last oil change caused me to have to take it to the dealer to be repaired. I will not be back.

They were quick, and Emily was amazing! She let us know the deals, and made sure everything was good on the car without trying to break my wallet. She was honest and awesome! Definitely coming back again!

Today was my first time getting an oil change here and it was great! We only had to wait about 10 minutes to get in and the service itself was fast and efficient! Cesario was very quick and gave us the info we needed without trying to pressure us to do more work than we wanted. He also asked if we had any coupons and broke down the price for us. This is the only place I will get my oil change from now on!

I've gone to this location a few times and it's been great. Last time they didn't have the synthetic oil for my car so they went to an auto parts store to grab some just for me. I love the diagnostics, coolant top off, tire pressure and battery checks.
Lucie, Zane, and Cesario were super helpful and friendly, and just great. Hope they get some big raises soon!
