Has been going downhill for years. Supposed to have ordered some boots for me last visit to be there within a week. Followed up once after the week was up, and they never got ordered. 6 weeks later, I finally got a call. How hard is it to sit in the AC and order some boots? Disappointed that a local KS business is failing in such easily preventable manner.

Called to see if they carried a line of boots. They said they did. Drove almost an hour to try some in and they don't even carry them. The person helping me didn't know what kind of boots he was showing me. I would avoid going here.

Went in with my mom who was looking for cowgirl boots. They barely have a dozen styles to choose from. Tons of HeyDudes and flats, and even more men's boots (cowboy & work boots). Some racks of clothes in the back. Mom knew the manager, friendly guy nonetheless. Clean store.
