I ended up having a mix up between the urgent care and several pharmacies tonight with my antibiotics I needed, and while the pharmacist on hand couldn’t help me with that, someone was able to direct me to some over the counter medicines that would give me relief until I can sort out the actual prescription issues in the morning.

They will NOT hold your medicine for you even if they let you know it's in. Use somewhere else if you need medicine with any regularity.

I have used this pharmacy since it opened and usually have had great service! Until…the last 2 times I got a notice on my phone that my prescription was ready, I drove there only to be told it was not ready!! The first time they either failed to call the prescribing physician or called the wrong one! Today I’m not sure why it wasn’t ready. I drive by 2 other pharmacies to go to this Walgreens and wait for 20 minutes in the drive through lane. Maybe it’s time for a change!!

Can’t wait to share this with corporate. This is not how you represent a company!! This is not how you treat customers. No matter how they got to the store, what they are there for, who they are there for, or any other reason!!! Disgusting and distasteful. Works at this store too!!! Smh gross. Really gross.

I was trying to schedule a rapid COVID test online and I was getting absolutely nowhere. Would not allow me to type in my vaccination dates, which were absolutely the right dates. I tried on the CVS website as well and the same thing happened. I tried calling Walgreens yesterday to see if they could help and the lady who helped me told me to call a number I already had, and it had gotten me nowhere. This morning, I tried calling again and I spoke to an employee named Jeremy who was super helpful and I sincerely appreciate all the help!! I was able to schedule an apt at a nearby location due to Walgreens being full with apt.'s today.

I've been going to this Walgreen's pharmacy for over 30 years and have always found the pharmacy staff & the the store staff to be very friendly and willing to help!

Went in to get a flu shot and it took 30 minutes for them to get just the paper work all sorted. No one was in front of me. No one should wait that long for something that takes less than a minute to administer.

A friend of mine who lives in Lawrence, asked me which Walgreens my son worked at...I told him the one on 6th street. He then proceeded to tell me that his family has gotten all of their prescriptions filled there for the past 20 years. He said that his loyalty to the 6th st Walgreens pharmacy has only increased since the Coronavirus has broken out. He went on to say that he has never seen this pharmacy busier! He said "I stood in-line and was impressed as I watched the pharmacy team hustle, not stopping once! Their sense of urgency and customer service gave me peace and reassurance. My wife and I depend on our prescriptions. I know Walgreens has us taken care of!" I appreciated his insight and wanted to share. Thank you Walgreen Pharmacists and techs! You are doing an amazing job. Keep it up!

9 scripts on auto refill. if 1 has no refills they should contact my Dr. to get refills. mont after month i have problems and no one i talk to can tell me what scripts need refills just what was filled. i am switching pharmacies today after many years of using Wallgreens. i just want all 9 scripts filled at the same time once a month.

Took them half an hour to enter the prescription & insurance information - and then they looked up the insurance co-pay amounts for a long time after I asked, and gave me two different amounts for the same scrip. Then they told me they were closing for lunch! Also, this is one of the few places with no drive-through, so you have to walk past half the store to get to the pharmacy, then walk that far again to get to the exit. Zero convenience, marginal competence.

they messed up on my prescriptions so it took a lot longer to get them and when they finally had them ready they asked me to get back in line to wait to pay for them personally I think that I should have been allowed to just pay for them and get out of there. I'm not happy to find out that they canceled their program where they had a nurse practitioner on staff to give prescriptions for minor stuff like zpacks so they could bring in Jenny Craig really. I certainly hope they lose Millions if not billions on that one used to think very highly of Walgreens I will be switching to their competitor
