I have spoke to Walgreens pharmacy about my blood pressure medication multiple times. My out of pocket expense on anything has been met since April of 2023. I went to pick up my script and they inform me I already picked it up. This is alarming as someone has my script and are they even taking the correct medication and they have my personal information as well. Thinking I have maybe of picked it up go home tear my house apart it's no where I put meds ect. Then husband goes and asks and the date was while we was gone on vacation. It's clear someone grabbed my meds scanned and gave them to someone else and yet I have to pay out of pocket for my script. I am contacting my insurance carrier about this and what ever department that over sees pharmacy's in Kansas. As this put my health at risk trying to figure out how I was even going to get a script. I think that this is probably not a secluded incident as they was clearly eager to give me a discount but still having to pay beyond my zero out of pocket and I should of been able to pick up another script before the end of the year of 2023. Thankfully we have several to vouch we was out of town.

I was trying to schedule a rapid COVID test online and I was getting absolutely nowhere. Would not allow me to type in my vaccination dates, which were absolutely the right dates. I tried on the CVS website as well and the same thing happened. I tried calling Walgreens yesterday to see if they could help and the lady who helped me told me to call a number I already had, and it had gotten me nowhere. This morning, I tried calling again and I spoke to an employee named Jeremy who was super helpful and I sincerely appreciate all the help!! I was able to schedule an apt at a nearby location due to Walgreens being full with apt.'s today.

Went in to get a flu shot and it took 30 minutes for them to get just the paper work all sorted. No one was in front of me. No one should wait that long for something that takes less than a minute to administer.

Took them half an hour to enter the prescription & insurance information - and then they looked up the insurance co-pay amounts for a long time after I asked, and gave me two different amounts for the same scrip. Then they told me they were closing for lunch! Also, this is one of the few places with no drive-through, so you have to walk past half the store to get to the pharmacy, then walk that far again to get to the exit. Zero convenience, marginal competence.

Although there was a glitch in the system and they had a mistake on my cards these guys went above and beyond to take care of me!!!! I will always come back to this location. Their customer service skills were hands down excellent!!!!

I've had some issues with specific manufacturers of my generic medication. The pharmacy staff here was the only place to not just say "nope we don't have that manufacturer" and hang up. They went out of their way to order it in and had it the next day. Honestly some of the other reviews are for tiny nitpicky stuff, this place isn't the holy grail of pharmacies but they are pretty dang good from my experiences there.

I usually fill my prescriptions at CVS. It had been years since I used Walgreens, even though it's much closer to my house. I honestly couldn't remember why. Until today. I tried out Walgreens for convenience and they had the worst customer service. They were downright rude and clearly were not happy to be there. I will never go back.

I'm thrilled to have a 24 pharmacy- it's honestly helpful. However, I called at 8:15 am to fill a prescription on file. I realized my husband had not filled the prescription for my son at about 10:30 PM and headed over to Walgreens to pick it up, but the only pharmacist on-duty told me that it was not filled because it wasn't properly signed and they had to contact the doctors office. He discovered they had contacted the doctors office during the day, but no one had told me about the problem or taken action to fill it. When I asked him why no one had contacted me or taken care of it, he said he had not gotten on duty till 10 PM and argumentatively asked me if I wanted it filled or if I just wanted to badger him. No, I didn't want to badger him but I wanted some reassurance that this was an unusual event and that he was apologetic that his organization had dropped the ball. I now remember why I switched my prescriptions to Hy-Vee several years ago, but I get stuck using this pharmacy sometimes - especially in this case with having to fill a prescription we received out of town from urgent care. So I'm left feeling like I'm the ass for asking him why there was such a delay.

Absolutely awful. My doctor sent in my prescriptions twice and each time Walgreens on 6th said they didn't have any record of it. The first time I called to find out why my prescriptions weren't all in the bag, I had some guy take a really stroppy tone and attitude with me, as if I was trying to get one over on him. The second time, I actually had a young woman who sneered and took the same crappy tone and attitude with me. I find this baffling. Are people REALLY trying to pull fast ones with medication that has NO "recreational" value whatsoever? Why on earth would I lie about having prescriptions for blood sugar medication? It took my doctor's office calling them THREE times, and the third time might not have been enough if I hadn't been waiting there the whole time, on hold with the nurse while she called the pharmacy. And then it turned out they didn't even HAVE the medicine I needed, and when I told the unpleasant, sneering, eyeball-rolling, crappy teenager-attitude-having young woman to transfer all my prescriptions to HyVee, she snapped at me and rolled her eyes some more. Between that guy, the young icky woman, and the middle-aged woman with the troll attitude I encountered on a separate day, I know that I will actually, genuinely be better off never going to this Walgreen's again. Even if I only have to interact with them for an fifteen minutes or so every month (because of their incompetence), in a year that's 3 hours of nastiness directed at me that I can easily avoid just by going somewhere else.

After calling to confirm my prescription was ready before I left (the person answering the phone told me 3 times it's good to go) to pick it up, I arrived to find out that both stores in town were out of stock and it would be 2-3 days before they could get an antibiotic in again. How the fuck could a pharmacist tell me my prescription was finished when they didn't have a single bottle left in the entire city? My guess is they do half ass work and don't really see what the hell they are doing when they answer questions. I'm very disappointed in Walgreens but CVS sure got my rx right the first time and in a hurry, even though I was a new customer as of today. If I caught fire in a Walgreens parking lot I wouldn't use Walgreens water to put myself out. If I were shot in the parking lot of Walgreens, I would stumble across 6th street to Quik Shop to use the phone rather than step foot into Walgreens again.
