I was purchasing a buy 1 get 1 50% off deal.
It did t ring up right. Manager looked at tags they said b1g1 50%. But said they have to be of the same item. App says participanting items. I put the items in the cart on my app and it took the 50% off and the manager still said I was wrong… even with proof. Tried telling me it must be online only… even though the items had the tags in store. I ended up returning and not buying them. As that’s not games I play. Even though small the managers lack of treating the problem and reading what the app was saying was frustrating and cost you a a sale. Only reason I was getting it, is that 50% off one made the competitive with other local stores. She claimed they don’t match their own apps prices… even though it didn’t say online only. But I’ll go get those items from another store.
With that said the pharmacy has always been good.

Don't use this walgreens for ANYTHING photo related, poor communication, poor customer service, poor shipping, poor management. The store Manager BLAIRE has no idea about anything photo related. No answers as to why the shipping log isn't correct nor give an estimate time of arrival. This was awful experience for 2 Magnets is diabolical. I shouldn't have to wait MORE Than 3weeks for shipping to come from Kansas city!! I will never spend my money here, and neither should you!! BAD EXPERIENCE 👎🏽

At 8:22 am the US post office left me a voicemail telling me they actually DIDN'T have a working photo facility at the downtown location, and if I wanted to keep my 9am appointment ( that i made two weeks ago) I was going to need to bring my own photo. Friends, this was for my kid, so both my spouse and I had to make arrangements with work for this appointment and the kid had to be late to school to do this....so yes, I was going to keep this appointment. And I did, because this Walgreens has 24/7 photo and staff that does not dilly dally.. Someone came right out, took the picture, processed the picture and I paid for the picture in less than 15 minutes. Thank you very very much to whomever was working 8am to 9 am on 18th Dec 2024.

Everytime I go in there, always a snotty and crabby employee!!! Like, y'all work with customers....lose the attitude and smile...it ain't gonna kill you and you'll feel better....I promise!!!

Horrible experience when getting a digital photo. Charged us almost double and when asked politely one of them told “it is what the system charged” and had annoying expressions. I was clearly seeing the amount system charged was same as written on the website. The photo quality was too bad with blur dirty background. Even phone captured photos are better than that. Absolutely not recommended. Eventually refunded but had terrible experience.

Rude and fraudulent. I absolutely do not recommend taking passport photos here. The quality of the photo was poor, and they charged extra for a digital copy, even with the purchase of the passport photo. When I asked why I was charged for the digital copy when they claimed it was free, the rude employee responded that the system shows a $6 fee, and that's just how it is. I was eventually refunded, but only after a very bad experience.

Absolutely do not recommend the pharmacy. Not only did I have to wait almost 2 hours for my medication I was given the wrong medication, even after asking multiple times if it was the correct one. This is extremely dangerous and shows that people are not paying attention with medication in that pharmacy.

RUDE!! There is a pharmacist here that acts snobby and pretends he knows better than doctors. In front of ALL the staff and customers, he blatantly questions prescriptions each time they're picked up. Not calmly or discreetly, he dramatically says things like "are you sure they're prescribed that way", "that doesn't sound right", "you shouldn't take those like that", "that's a dangerous thing to do", etc. And that's AFTER he is told multiple times the meds are prescribed that way by the doctor, and have been for years. He then continues muttering to the staff around him. He doesn't know the patient's situation or medical history, but he makes sure everyone around him hears that he thinks he knows better than a doctor. The other staff even look embarrassed because he makes such a dramatic scene. He is so very unprofessional, and ruins each visit to the store.
Otherwise, the store is always neat and clean. All the other staff are friendly and professional.

Stood in line with one person in front of us, trying to buy a six pack at 11:54 with one guy in front of us with two items. The cashier couldn’t figure out how to ring him up and by the time he did it was 12 he said he couldn’t sell to us. Shouldn’t be my fault I didn’t make the timeline because of untrained staff

I came in to deposit cash onto my cashapp card. I split my deposit because it was large and you need an ID for anything over $300. Well when I tried to tell this older lady at the register she got super defensive and rude claiming “oh you just come in here do my job” all because I said the limit was $300 I wasn’t even trying to correct her I was just explaining why I wanted to do a split deposit and she treated me like I was trying to run her register for her. It’s not even a big deal! and I wasn’t trying to be rude. regardless she was extremely condescending and rude every step of the way. Interrupting me, calling me stupid and all the customers “like me” stupid and denied my second deposit on purpose but by then I wanted to puke this lady was so rude to me. The manager at the next register didn’t even do anything. Do something about her. She’s been rude on multiple occasions. I bought cigarettes when she was on the register and in a tone I cannot describe said “my mom died of smoking cigarettes” upper management, I hope you see this, and if you do I hope you know who I’m talking about as I’m sure this isn’t the only instance someone has complained about her.
