I've been using this pharmacy for years. When ran by Greg the customer service was absolutely amazing. I gave it a shot after Greg left. Since then one of the associated was so loud telling people their Rx and directions for it that I knew what this strangers medications were, the dosage, and directions. Yes, I was standing back in the "waiting area". Anyone in a 3 aisle radius could hear everyone's medications. Tonight my insurance wouldn't fill a 3mo supply.... The girl response was "it just won't do it" and refused to call the help number for pharmacies. Literally refused. I gave her the number and she refused. They also have in their system that I refilled this Rx on a date it wasn't filled on. So, I had my $1,100 Rx transferred to a different pharmacy and all my other Rx's will be pulled by tomorrow. Greg would be insanely disappointed in the customer service his customers are now receiving.The new head pharmacist literally just started. This is in no way her fault, but she better reel it in as I know I'm not the only one who has left.

Best Pharmacy in town. Greg, the pharmacist is phenomenal. Not only is he intelligent, but he knows all the customers on a personal level. I come from a small town & was nervous about using Walmart, but not with this place and the way Greg has treated my family. Highly recommend for your pharmaceutical needs. Plus, the store is very clean in general.

RUDE!!! The girl pharmacist was so rude!!! I don’t care if I have to pay more to go to CVS, I will never fill a prescription at this pharmacy again! If she doesn’t want to be at work dealing with customers then don’t come to work, simple!
