Xmas eve, 30 minutes until store closed but this was the friendliest Walmart I ever went in ! It was clean and very smartly organized with their Christmas section.

I’m giving them one star because 1) the quality of their produce and care in checking items is poor 2) their website kicks you out and you lose progress, and their customer follow up is bad.
I had a pickup order - over $400, and received horrible produce (rotten - white liquid coming from decaying grapes), a package of bagels that had a slit in it, and muffins that expired the next day. Trying to resolve this has been unsuccessful… I got kicked out of their system. Then left a message, no return call or email. I tried to “chat” but the AI Bot couldn’t help. But if I want, I can spend another 45 minutes going back to the store and taking these things backs and spend more time for a problem I didn’t create. I offered to send pictures. Nothing. I feel certain, not one employee and certainly not an investor would serve the items at their house that I was given. Do better.

Rudest customer service . It was like pulling teeth for them to assist me with Walmart pay and then they owed me a gift card and gave attitude about that
