They have racks for vintage, “Y2K”, and even employee favorites. Today I was helped by the girl with the short hair and bangs, she was incredibly sweet, and I trusted her great taste in fashion!! Great place to visit if you’re looking for great secondhand and even greater customer service!”

“After my Kohl's account was deactivated after 20+ years of use; I happened to stop in my local Kohl's to look at some shirts for sale. Only after I inquired after my Kohl's account was deactivated as to why; I was told because of inactivity on my account. A much more proactive way would have been to give me a 40% coupon with a "Haven't seen you for awhile" note or even a Get Well joke card.”
