Friendly folks who tried to make a misunderstanding better. Still difficult to walk out knowing exactly what you’ll be paying and when (but happens when multiple folks talk different options). Contacting AT&T direct got me the resolution I had hoped for. Happy customer now.

Savannah was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to all my concerns. She did an amazing job transferring me from T-Mobile to AT&T, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, she went above and beyond to help my wife upgrade her phone, ensuring we got the best possible deal. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout our interaction. New customer, had T-Mobile prior. I was originally supposed to go to Verizon, had an appointment set up. I get there, and the doors were locked with a return sign in roughly 30 minutes. Instead, called and spoke with Corey at this location. He did a great job explaining everything! Went in to the store, got everything taken care of and switched over. Better phone(15 pro) and Apple Watch cheaper than what Verizon was going to charge me for an iPhone 14 with the Apple Watch! Thanks Corey!

I have been a happy customer of AT&T for over 10 years. On Saturday I went to the store and my wait was about 5 minutes. But the service I received from Corey was absolutely awesome. I got my issues resolved and I will definitely be referring more customers to AT&T. I recommend Corey be considered for a bonus, because his service was outstanding.

This is by far the worst AT & T store i've ever been too. Me and my Husband , switched from T-Mobile too AT & T. We both had trade ins everything went fine during that process and we were happy. Once we got the bill and it was $80 higher than what it should of been we were confused. We called and they stated that they only had my husbands trade in and not MINE. They sat and made us feel like liars and treated us terribly. We spoke to every manager in there and they all said the same thing. That they couldnt do anything and that they didnt have my phone. This went on for MONTHS. The bill kept getting higher and higher. I Decided to go to the legends location and speak to one of their managers. As soon as i did they FOUND MY TRADE IN. Stated it was a technical error! The manager that did our trade ins did it incorrectly which is Obvious since they couldnt find it by my number. They had my trade in that whole time and Continued to over charge for months. Seems to me that they were just lazy and would rather play the blame game. We will not be returning to this location. I recommend everybody to the legends location!!

The employee who helped me was very friendly. I was there to upgrade my phone, and she got me taken care of and on my way quickly. When I had trouble getting my new phone set up and came back to the store, she was super friendly and helpful, even though it was almost time for them to close. It was exceptional service.

Nate was a wonderful "sales rep". Not sure what their titles are, sorry! But he was a great guy; friendly, handled himself professionally, etc. Can't say enough great things about him. If he's there, I'd rather wait until he's available when possible, because he knows what he's talking about and doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. I appreciate that so much more than someone who's just trying to appease you, like one of the other guys who likes to showboat. Please give him a huge thank you! He deserves it!
