This is by far the worst AT & T store i've ever been too. Me and my Husband , switched from T-Mobile too AT & T. We both had trade ins everything went fine during that process and we were happy. Once we got the bill and it was $80 higher than what it should of been we were confused. We called and they stated that they only had my husbands trade in and not MINE. They sat and made us feel like liars and treated us terribly. We spoke to every manager in there and they all said the same thing. That they couldnt do anything and that they didnt have my phone. This went on for MONTHS. The bill kept getting higher and higher. I Decided to go to the legends location and speak to one of their managers. As soon as i did they FOUND MY TRADE IN. Stated it was a technical error! The manager that did our trade ins did it incorrectly which is Obvious since they couldnt find it by my number. They had my trade in that whole time and Continued to over charge for months. Seems to me that they were just lazy and would rather play the blame game. We will not be returning to this location. I recommend everybody to the legends location!!

The employee who helped me was very friendly. I was there to upgrade my phone, and she got me taken care of and on my way quickly. When I had trouble getting my new phone set up and came back to the store, she was super friendly and helpful, even though it was almost time for them to close. It was exceptional service.

Nate was a wonderful "sales rep". Not sure what their titles are, sorry! But he was a great guy; friendly, handled himself professionally, etc. Can't say enough great things about him. If he's there, I'd rather wait until he's available when possible, because he knows what he's talking about and doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. I appreciate that so much more than someone who's just trying to appease you, like one of the other guys who likes to showboat. Please give him a huge thank you! He deserves it!

I had a weird email that indicated on my AT&T cellphone and wanted to see if it a scam or real. Savannah met me at the door and was absolutely wonderful in her customer service. I left their and told my husband who was in the car how wonderful she was! It was at least a 360 degrees different than my last visit when I left their and swore I would never go back! Savannah was awesome!

I went in with for a new phone line and several questions. Knowledgeable staff who helped answer all my questions quickly and efficiently. They got my new phone line and phone set up and I was out the door with no time wasted. Awesome service and support.

Having just switched to ATT cellular we were having some difficulty with account promises and set up. For the 2nd time service representative Ian was awesome!! Both times he addressed the problems and solved our ever arising issues. We're hopeful there won't be a need to return, but if necessary we will, with the confidence Ian will be there to assist!

My wife went into this store to get her cell phone protective screen replaced. They solicited her about AT&T WIFI SERVICE for $35.00 a month. She said okay, they shipped a router within 3 days, 2 days later she received a bill for $60.00 SHE SPENT 3 hours on the phone with AT&T SUPPORT getting bounced around.. We haven been with AT&T PHONE SERVICE FOR 27 years.. terrible sales an service.. DO NOT TRUST THE LEAVENWORTH AT&T STORE.

Everything was fine until we had to submit verification of military service for military discount. We have a copy of my dd214 but it isn’t a very good copy but it’s the one the government sent us! ATT said they wouldn’t accept it and we also sent them a copy of my eligibility for veterans benefits! You can’t be eligible for benefits unless you’re a veteran! ATT wouldn’t accept that document either! We are now going to have to cancel the contract because I refuse to pay more money to them because they won’t give me my discount! It’s all about the money not veterans! Well here’s the update on Veterans benefits as soon as the Government sends me a new copy ATT said to bring it in and I will get the discount so today’s episode worked out well and the staff at ATT went above and beyond to rectify my problems! The staff at Leavenworth were very helpful and patient with me resolving my issues!

I have been a quote unquote valued Customer with AT& T for more than forty five plus years and have gotten any trade-ins perks freebies etc. Upon return for replacements or or upgrades in the past yearsEven though I recommend co-works and friends and family to AT&T. I may have to re think my loyalty, I don't believe they share my ridiculous sentiments or monthly \yearly business.They even charged me $55.00 to re shelf a phone I didn't requestThx A Lot. RONALD R. I went in after I upgraded to the iPhone 15 Pro Max that I purchased online through At&t to get my secondary eSIM up and running. They were busy with the iPhone launch which I fully expected so waiting max 15 minutes was not bad at all. They acknowledged me immediately and put me on the waiting list as soon as they could. I worked with the manager, Justin, and he was awesome. Super funny and knew his stuff. He also went above and beyond on my account to find ANYWAY to benefit me or save me money. He signed me up for the signature discount, got me an and new phone line that was cheaper than my additional prepaid work phone line. 10/10 would work with him again!

We always try to see your store associate Cory when we go to the store in Leavenworth, KS.Cory always solves our problem .He is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!And he is so calm, patient and pleasant and friendly when he is interacting and helping us.???

Nate did a great job. Went in to get my son a phone. Not only did he answer all of my questions, he also made sure to include my son as part of the process. Excellent customer service 10/10 would visit again.
