“I would recommend this auto shop to anyone for anything car-related. Had a substantial amount of intensive work completed (clutch, suspension, alignment, bushings, master cylinder etc.) that I decided not to do myself. It was a fair price and the parts/labor is warranted for 2 years/24K miles at any TechNet shop in the U.S.A. but most importantly, the communication was outstanding, and they were able to complete the work on the timeline they gave me. For those of you like myself, who tend to work on their own cars because it's easier to do it right once, than find a trustworthy repair shop, I would recommend this shop! The owner is a true 'car guy', honest, and they've had the same hard-working, awesome technicians working there for years. Highly recommend if you're in Leavenworth and need some auto work done! This is the place I would send my mother if I couldn't be there with her, if that says anything!Services: Steering & suspension repair”

“After three failed attempts in searching for a reliable, honest, and trustworthy mechanic in a period of 1 year, I can rest assured my Charger will be taken care of at Ken's Garage. Just to be specific as I have owned my car since 0 miles and have always been responsible to upkeep with maintenance on my vehicle since day 1 as it was under warranty with Dodge. However, I noticed my vehicle overheating right after I moved to Kansas so I decided to take it to the dealerships and yes two different dealerships Dodge in Leavenworth and Toyota in Legends to no avail. Neither one was able to spot this radiator leak but wait as it gets even better with a third party of S&B Automotive who was able to identify another leak in the coolant system which he replaced entirely. Thus, three different qualified mechanics failed to spot the real issue which Ken's Garage was able to spot with their complimentary service of a quality inspection. I share all of this to help someone who may be experiencing similar issues and urge everyone to steer away from dealerships as this matter should have been covered under warranty years ago not 11 years later. I am forever grateful and fortunate to have found a mechanic after all...Services: General repairs & maintenance”

They called that the parts where in and had me come in the same day. They took less than an hour to replace the mirror and it is working great.”

“Great shop! Isaiah was helpful, straightforward, and honest. Butler's shop left my bolts loose after I initially took my vehicle to them for an oil pan gasket. Frustrated and not wanting to spend $400 (or even more considering what they were quoting me), I called Hund's while pulling out of Butler's and I couldn't be happier with that decision. It cost less than half of what Butler's shop was charging, and they'd already had my vehicle for 2 days. Hund's got to my vehicle quickly, and Isaiah was no nonsense about my repairs. Thank you!”

Jeff recognized the failure followed recent work and advised us to return to the mechanic for the repair. He could have easily charged us for the repair again, but he told us he wouldn't feel right charging for the work.This action by Jeff guaranteed we will return for future work. “These guys go above and beyond. I took a farm pickup truck to them to detail. This truck had carried dog. Was driven on dirt road and was caked with years of dirt and dust. They worked 6 hours on a job that usually took 2 to 3 and did not charge any extra. I would have paid more. Friendly, professional, and very conscientious about their work.”
