“My wife had to have her vehicle jump started so she went by the Leavenworth AutoZone and spoke with an employee named Connley, at which time he went out and checked her vehicle and discovered that the battery was not only bad but the side of it have swelled up he explained everything in detail to her and my wife came home after purchasing the new battery from him and explain to me the great customer service that he provided for her not only did he replace the battery but he cleaned the cables and inspected everything to ensure everything was safe for her to drive.Connley went way above what what is considered normal customer service;my wife and l want to compliment this gentleman for his excellent customer service! Excellent employees are hard to find but we can say AutoZone has one.”

I thought to myself why should he care how many quarts of fluid I buy”
