Whew! Please think twice before working with these people this has by far been the worse car buying experience I’ve ever been through in my life I saw all the bad reviews and decided to give them a chance anyways please don’t be like me and ignore the reviews , these people need to be shut down , long story short my down payment was $6800 they charged my card $7000 because their finance guy can’t do math it’s been a week and I still wasn’t refunded my $200 they sent a fake receipt for the refund but refunds don’t take a full 7 days. Secondly they Haven’t shipped my car so today I decided to call my bank and dispute the payment and cancel the deal , they say they haven’t shipped the car because of issues with receiving fiunding for the loan although I was approved ? They need to guarantee funding before taking $7000 they don’t answer the phone or respond to text , they keep talking me it’s a process , before I even made the down payment I asked how long was this process they didn’t tell me it would take 7 days or longer to even ship the car now I’m outta $7000 and they made me insurance the car so another $200 for an entire week with no shipping confirmation of the car in fact they are still telling me they “can’t” ship the car so it’s not even on the way to me , lost of united text and calls very minimum communication after receiving my down payment never even was going to tell me their was a issue with funding was going to take my money , make me buy insurance and never say anything else again they only keep telling me it’s a issue with funding because I keep calling them about why the car hasn’t ship going to tell m e it’s because my credit score is not a 800 they new that before they took my $7000 and made me buy insurance everybody at this dealership is shady Jose , ray , shola don’t trust anybody if your out of state not sure how they treat their in state customers

Benjie’s is a great place for buying a car. It was my first time dealing with getting a car and they made my experience pleasant with no issues. The car I got is amazing and the prices make it worth buying from them.

Scheduled a test drive for noon on a Saturday. Which I asked about in my original message to the dealership via their website. They confirmed that that would be fine. When I showed up, the doors were locked, no one was there. I waited a bit, tried knocking at the door, no response. Texted the number that originally reached out to me & never got a text back either. And it's currently 6 hours later. Wasted my time driving up there for absolutely nothing.

I flew in from MN to purchase a 2010 Tundra with 190K Miles on it from Benjies August '24. I do lots of research and have purchased vehicles from SD, TX, AZ, MN, and Internationally. I had dozens of Tundras I wanted but called to Benjie's first and I am glad I did. Honest and upfront used car sales. Nothing will be perfect with an old car but the honesty about issues and ability to work with customers when problems arise is a big factor for me to buy. Benjies has done that and more for myself and if you check the reviews they do right to their customers when problems occur. Top to Bottom Ashley, Ray and Michael were all amazing people to work with. Not looking to make a quick sale or quick buck at all. Thanks for the truck. I love it and it made it 8 Hours straight drive from their dealership to my hometown in MN. 5 Stars all day.

I bought a Lexus ES 350 here in March of 2023. I clearly remember going on a test drive with Ray, who wasn't pushy or rude in any way. Michael sold me the car and he was very friendly and helpful. Through 10 months the car has been fantastic. Anyone can have bad luck when they buy a car, but I would recommend this place because the people seemed really honest and genuine.
