I bought a Lexus ES 350 here in March of 2023. I clearly remember going on a test drive with Ray, who wasn't pushy or rude in any way. Michael sold me the car and he was very friendly and helpful. Through 10 months the car has been fantastic. Anyone can have bad luck when they buy a car, but I would recommend this place because the people seemed really honest and genuine.

Need better people working for your tow service bad customer service skills. Leaving customers whom broke down not cool.

Mike is legit. Super easy to work with and no pressure. Got the malibu i wanted at a fair price. Paperwork was quick and easy. No all day ordeal like going to KC...

Didn't buy a car here just because of the snotty attitude I got when I called for details on a test driveUpdate after response:Cordial conversation is not when u make fun of my wife's health conditions and saying you have the same health when someone takes your cars out.. due to those comments I will be gladly to take my 40k somewhere else.. maybe show more respect to people that call.. "red flags" on a ecoboost mustang... might call a GT mustang red flags but not a ecoboost

Bought a mustang four months ago from them and the car has been running really good. Michael and his team are very professional and good people. Will consider buying from them again.

Don't go here; that "your car will only last 6 months" rumor is true. The worst place ever I hope someone file's a civil lawsuit on them.*it did have issues within 2 months of me getting the truck you guys knew it had a bad transmission and Sold it to me anyway. Point blank.

Horrible business. After receiving automated texts saying a vehicle wad available we called in the morning to see if an automobile was actually still available and Made an appt to come look at it. 5 hours later we get a call saying it was actually sold before he got in for the day. Maybe next time find this information out before people lose money from leaving work early and asking not to be scheduled so they can go look at it. False advertising and horrible business practice. We will never attemp again. Very low class.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!!! Purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in August 2021. Thought I got one great deal! Test drove the vehicle everything was fine, signed the paperwork and left. Not even 5 min purchased and driving off the lot and home and the check engine light came on. Dealership was already closed. Called the next morning and my husband spoke with Michael (owner's son) about the check engine light coming on, at first he tried to play it off as no big deal but my husband wasn't having none of that. Before taking the minivan back up to Leavenworth (we live out of town) we took vehicle to our mechanic who stated that there was definitely a transmission issue and that clearly the mechanic at Benjie's had cleared the code b/c the light wouldn't just pop on like that if it hadn't been an issue that Benjie's knew about before letting us purchase the vehicle. We took the minivan back to Benjie's to be repaired. After a week in the shop at Benjie's, Michael called to pick up vehicle and stated that they had installed a brand new transmission in the minivan. We took them at their word. BIG BIG MISTAKE!! MICHAEL AND HIS MECHANIC ARE LIARS!! DON'T EVER TRUST THEM!!! Fast forward to March, I had noticed some issues with the transmission but assumed the cold weather had something to do with it. Things that were happening to the vehicle include would be running and come to a complete stop in a drive way or at a stop sign and die for no reason, when driving on a highway the vehicle at times would shift hard. In March the check engine light came back on. Called Michael at Benjie's immediately, who stated that there couldn't be anything transmission related wrong b/c a new transmission had been installed. Michael tried to fight us on it. Took the minivan back to our local mechanic who ran a diagnostic test. Turns out the NEW TRANSMISSION IS IN FACT NOT NEW AT ALL!!!! Michael and his mechanic bought a transmission from LKQ (a company here in Topeka that specializes in selling parts from vehicles that are scrap metal). NOT EVEN A BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION!!! A used transmission!! Like I stated early MICHAEL IS A LIAR!!! Of course by now we are out of warranty even though Michael said he extended the warranty to a year except he left out the part about 12,000 miles (the LKQ warranty on the transmission). Year warranty is no good. On top of that, if we were to take the minivan back to Benjie's to be repaired, we would now have to pay out of pocket for the labor fees for an issue that was supposed to have been resolved back in September!!! There is NO WAY we are paying anything to Benjie's for an issue that Michael and his mechanical knowingly lied to us repeatedly about!!! Nor would I ever let Michael or his mechanic near my vehicle ever again!!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING MICHAEL SAYS TO YOU!!! Michael will talk up a good game about running a successful small town business, an how he is an honest good hearted dealer, an about all of his business awards. I have seen other bad reviews for his dealership since, but they always seem to disappear. If you purchase from this dealer take the vehicle straight away to a trusted mechanic and run a diagnostic!! BENJIE'S IS A DISGRACE, AN INSULT TO SMALL TOWN BUSINESSES!!! The sooner this business goes under forever the better off everyone will be!!

Car broke down and TowRifik brought it to Benjies auto repair shop. Tim and his team of mechanics worked me into their busy schedule and fixed it and I was back on the road in no time. They were professional, personable and I recommend them highly.

I bought my ford fiesta off them and it was pretty smooth other than they didn't let me test drive it since I'm 17. The fiesta has been great other than it did have some structural rust in the rear subframe. Also their detail guys really clean stuff up and paint over rusty bolts in the engine bay to make it look cleaner than what it is. Also I got a free 10 mil from the detail dude thx. Overall dealing with bangies and mike was pretty painless, other than having to wait half a day to get the inspection done that sucked but ohwell.
