I stopped by at Leavenworth Commerce bank. Employees there at Commerce bank are very professional, very helpful, very accommodating, very attentive, very kind and supportive. I had a loan situation that needed a resolution and they took care of it in matter of minutes. I left the bank very satisfied. Thank you, LV Commerce bank on 4th st.

My mother in-law has been banking here for roughly 20 or more yrs. she replayed me for a tow and wrote a check for $200. The next day I took it to her bank “Commerce Bank†on 4th st. to cash it since my bank is 30 min up south on hwy7. I was in total shock to here them say it's an $8.00 charge to cash a check from their bank. $8.00???? I'm still shocked. I couldn't believe it! I can walk into my Dillons grocery store and cash a check of this amount for roughly $3.00. This is a crooked bank and I'm trying to get my mother in-law to separate from this crooked bank. They supervisor had the nerve to question me where I banked and compared them to Wal-mart â€â™€ï¸ â€â™€ï¸ â€â™€ï¸. Then she says that If I wasn't acting so ugly she would have waived the fee. How in the world do they have the right to charge that much money to cash their checks from their branch??? If anything they were the ugly ones ripping folks off. I really hope my mother in-law leaves this bank. I know I will never encourage anyone to bank with these rude crooks!!!!

Understaffed, slow as molasses and the parking is a nightmare. Ever since they closed my local branch and moved the employees to the main branch I've had to wait and wait and wait sometimes up to 20 minutes to make a deposit.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service, staff shows no customer service. No sense of urgency, inexperience and incompetent employees. I opened my account two weeks ago and I still can't active online banking because they did not input my social correctly. I do not have access to my funds which provide and inconvenience.

I've called 6 times now in a row...explained every time that I'm getting hung up on when I get transferred so I can make a car payment. This last time the Supervisor said she would stay on the line when she transferred me so if I did get hung up on, she'd be on the line...guess what?!!! She did not stay on the line and hang up #6. And to top it off, not one person has even tried to call me back. Great job guys...please don't call it customer service if you don't try to help me.
