Karen, who works there is the absolute best! She has great customer service, and she always makes you feel so welcomed! When I go in, seeing her is the highlight of my day! The world could use more hard working and kind people like her!

Edit: My original review is from 10 months ago. But since then, it's just gotten worse and I'm switching pharmacies. They have had the drive through closed the last 3-4 times I've been and a super long line inside. My daughter has an insurance authorization on file for a prescription and it expired. The staff told me and my dr's office it was a coupon that expired that raised the cost even though I told them it was the insurance auth expiring. Then when I got a new one, they filled it as the generic. When I called, after being on hold forever, the lady was pretty snippy and went on this long explanation about how they're legally required to fill as a generic. I had to interrupt her eventually and tell her to look for the insurance authorization. Which she found. It's just a mess there.Original review: The pharmacy routinely takes a week to even start a prescription. And generally it’s because you called them and asked them to fill it. Then when you get there, expect to spend a long time waiting in the drive through. Then when you actually get to the front of the line, it probably won’t be filled on time.

This place is literally the worst. They don't answer their phone and leave you on hold for over an hour. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Whoever their district manager is or someone from corporate needs to figure something out so this pharmacy can answer their phone. Its not fair to their staff that they're always busy and overwhelmed. Its not fair to patients, doctors and insurance reps who are on hold ENDLESSLY. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. Im switching pharmacies ASAP and blame corporate for not noticing this. Its been going on for at least a year.

on hold for 35 mins yesterday never answered ... on hold today so far for 40 mins no answer...this is a damn joke transfering to Walgreens today...stay away from this CVS

Wish I would of looked at reviews first. A lot of waiting, if you’re coming here schedule at least 2 hrs out of your day for minute clinic and prescription pick up.

I know this place already has terrible reviews. And here’s one more. I’m making this review so you will see it, and possibly take this into consideration. The minute clinic is trash. They really don’t care how you are feeling or your symptoms. Went in for covid treatment to hopefully get a zpak. They wouldn’t prescribe it. But urgent care down the street will and did after this visit. Seemed like if I had a 105 temp they would have done something which I’m sure no one would be at the minute clinic if they had a 105 temp. But 102 wasn’t good enough. If you guys want treatment go down the street, stay away from this place until they get new staff in there.

Price gouging. Nearly $12 for a 1oz bottle of children’s Tylenol. Says a lot coming from a company who routinely donates money to the forced birthing squad.

If I could give a negative star I would. For the last 4 months when I have called in to refill a prescription or have a question about my refill I have been placed on hold for a minimum of 45 min. Many of those iccssions I have had to hang up at least once of not twice after the hold time reached an hour. On one occasion drove down to the pharmacy while I was on hold and found no line inside or out to have warranted being on hold!! My prescription was filled at the counter. After it was filled I told them “ok well I’ll hang up now. You do realize I’m still on hold for here and showed the tech how long I I was on hold and they had no response sr— not even an apology. I will pay the extra for nonpreferred pharmacy. At this point and transfer my prescriptions.

Needed to go to the minute clinic after not being seen by my primary. This was a great visit. Not only was she polite but very efficient. It didn't feel rushed but it was very smooth and not stressful environment.

The cvs in Leavenworth Kansas seriously needs more help when your on hold to fill a prescriptionFrom 8:15 am til 9:20 am they come on to say they are sorry but there’s 10 ahead of you and you go back on hold for another 15 min then they finally get to you and can’t fill it till 3 pm.the girls are really nice and kind but only 2 girls working a lot of us don’t have access to get our medication but at certain times and mine is mornings. This goes on every month can someone get these girls some help. I don’t want to go somewhere else but I might have to all they need to resolve a lot ofThe bad reviews is more help the girls are great working under a lot of stress to take care of us.

Really exceptional service at this location in Leavenworth Kansas. I went in for a prescription refill for my grandmother, and remembered that they sell Hallmark products. I was able to purchase all kinds of cards that I needed: my grandmothers birthday card, two wedding cards, and gift bags that I was so looking for from Hallmark. The pharmacy staff was so kind and the lady at checkout was amazing. I don’t live near CVS in my state, so I suppose, I really appreciate going in there more. Wish we had one in Jackson Wyoming. Love love love CVS.
