When it first opened, it was great. But it’s gone downhill for quite a while now. Tonight my wife went up to get a few things and she got to the doors at a quarter till 10. They’re not supposed to be closed until 10. She just needed to grab a few things so it wouldn’t have taken her even five minutes. And the door was locked on a Monday night on August 11th at a quarter till 10. One of the employees saw her and walked away. She had to go next-door to the Casey store. Where she mentioned it to the guy at the counter. And he said yes that they are supposed to stay open till 10 as well. So I guess I would say if you need to make any late night purchases don’t go to the dollar tree. Go next-door to Casey’s. Dollar tree needs to change their closing time to be 9:30. But then again if they did that, then they would probably lock the doors at nine.

There was one cashier and I think her name was Loraine. She handled about twenty customers after calling numerous times for help. After she got the line down one young lady came out of the manager door on her cellphone and didn't help. This store is trash. It was around 11:30 a.m.

Went in today to pick up a few things. I put my things on the counter. No greeting. Paid for my things and said thank you to the cashier as I was getting my bag. He kept his head down and said nothing. I said thank you again while he was still counting out the change from the money I paid him. No response. I said thank you again and he said as he still looked down very dry You’re welcome as if he was mad at me for coming into the store. William is very dry, rude and unwelcoming. It’s the second time I noticed he never speaks and seems as if he’s irritated. William should perhaps consider stocking the empty shelves where he won’t have to have contact with customers. Shame on you for being such an angry little bird. Bad reflection on the store and management. I wonder if he treats everyone that way or just when he decides his misery needs company.
