Haven't been a Dollar Tree in years. Wanted to check it out. This location was well stocked with everything you need. It is clean and staff is kind.

Came to purchase balloons around 2:45pm. The older lady was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. She was a pleasure to talk to. I just recommend more stock of the solid balloon colors. Fast service first time visiting this location.

One star is because they have more products than the other dollar tree and that older white lady is fast and nice. Now I apologize for my frustration in the store but Marie and that other cashier was not on point today. First Mari waited in line as the 5th person as the first customer an old man ring the bell for someone to ring him up. Marie you could have page the other cashier to come quickly and when I asked didn't she work here? Yes she replied and waited with us for someone to cash us out. I thought she was on break so it cool. As the line moved slowly she finally had enough or got off break and she when to the next register. Mind you I am in forth of her and 3 more people behind her. So instead of saying to me who holding 3 items come step over to her register she moved over and cut on her light and everyone in back of the line flew over to her line. So my mouth was moving faster than my brain and I called her some nasty words. Everything I was thinking was flowing, that why I apologize but the waiting and asking you than you pull that move. I was frustrated. Also to the other cashier, I asked the customer about the balloons because you loudly said helium doesn't go into latex balloons and you said see our balloons they are mylar(foil shiny printed and solid balloons on the wall). Mylar used Helium. And you said some other things about how not to use Helium for latex. Helium is used to blow up latex balloons. I thought they was trying to buy latex balloons from you but when they showed me they was bringing in their own I shut up. But again Helium is used in latex!!!!! And I believe y'all sell latex balloons they may not be showed on the walls but I have seen some store with them. So again you can't be slow, giving out misinformation and petty at your job and not think you are not going to get a review and reported to the corporate office email.
