Wish i could give zero stars. This bank is full of CROOKS! Because of a mistake they made, they overdrafted my account nearly $1,000 right before my rent was due and i needed formula for my child… they said “well not our problem but we can see if you qualify for a loan.” They CONTINUALLY make daily overdraft fees and charge over $60 for every 30 days it’s overdrafted. At this point i will never be able to catch up. Crooks, awful terrible people. Will never recommend this bank to anyone.

My husband and myself who are NOT Exchange Bank customer's, went through the ATM. We put our card in, entered our pin and chose $300.00 to be dispersed. The machines message read "ATM Temporarily out of service." Then it said the transaction was cancelled. We receive bank alerts and our text messages said that $300.00 and been deducted from our account. We called our bank and they said it could be 45 days for the money to be credited to our account. I called the branch manager Kaleigh, I asked her why the machine was out of money and wouldn't have that message on the machine before it took our info and deducted money from our account. She was rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone. She said this rarely happens and it depends on my bank when the money it returned and how it's a machine and they have glitches. I get that but my question was why did it go through the process if it was out of money and deduct funds. She has zero customer service skills. I'd hate to see how she speaks to her customers and employees. Totally dissatisfied when it was their machines mistake.

Lately I've been having issues with using my debit card and I never had issues with it until starting with this past weekend before using my card i always check my balance first so that I know for sure the funds are there i also check my transactions and stuff like that as well. Well tonight I try purchasing tickets on line that was only going to be $50 and I have over $200 in my account. When I was in Missouri this past weekend I tried getting only $20 in gas and at that time I had $90 something in my account I also had called my bank and they pretty much acted like it was my fault for the card not working

Save yourself the hassle and choose another bank. Had an auto loan with this company for the business van and let me tell you, nothing was correct. Name was wrong, address was wrong, no payment book. Spent 4 hours going back in forth from the bank and the DMV to tag the vehicle. The payment center is straight out of the 90's, "enter amount you want to pay" is the only option. Can't see when , or how much or when it's due, you can't keep track of your payment schedule, it's non existent, 1 option and 1 option only. So I got fed up and wanted to pay the loan in full, guess what they couldn't even enter the correct amount to pay the loan off. This bank is laughable at best, absolute disaster of a company..

30 year customer speaks for itself, dealt with several loan officers fore loans. Customer teller service , professional and friendly at all locations in Leavenworth area. Exchange Bank gave me a chance for loan 30 years ago when I was just coming out of a bad credit situation.

Got a vehicle loan through this company. Payment book and contract were different. Only by ten dollars. Got my credit messed up over 10.00 for 30 day late payments. Refused to work with me on it at all. Horrible service at the Leavenworth branch.

When I went to purchase a car 4 years ago, I got several offers, and Exchange Bank gave me the best rate. Last year when I got a new(er) car, I called Exchange, several other banks, (and a credit union). Again, they offered the best rate. Exchange Bank let me set up my payment date, and offered to debit it. They are my go to for financing. I have been to several locations, and they are always hospitable.

Do not get a loan through this bank. The loan department employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially Richard. If you have to do business with this institution make sure to avoid this employee!
