Family Dollar is a small store that is generally kept clean, although it can feel a bit cramped. The store has had some issues with its door being broken and covered in wood, but overall, it remains a decent place to shop. The staff are usually friendly and quick at checking out customers, although during busy times, only one staff member is available at the register even when others are working. The store's organization tends to be inconsistent; items are often misplaced, making it challenging to find what is needed. Occasionally, the store is thoroughly cleaned and items are properly arranged, but this is usually temporary. Most of the time, the store is more chaotic than clean, which surprisingly makes it easier to find items in the mess. Despite these issues, it remains a reasonable shopping location with friendly staff.
It is usually in better shape than the other Family Dollar Store in Leavenworth. The clerks are always ready to help at this location. The store at 20th and Spruce feels much safer than the one on Broadway.

Always seems to be missing flavors of drinks. They always seem to be close to expiring as well. Not my favorite but it's quick.
