Took my car in for a complete vehicle inspection. They said everything (including lights) looked good except my power steering pump that they quoted me for. I lost all faith in them at this point because I know that one of my headlights is out and they failed to check it, and instead lied and said they did. I no longer trust what they tell me is wrong with my car now.

This was our second time taking our car here. We should have learned from the first mistake.
First time we made an appointment for a simple tire rotation and oil change, when we arrived they insisted they did not have any appointments for us and could not see us. They stated that we probably "made an appointment with a different store". We did not. We live in Leavenworth and only made an appointment with the store in Leavenworth. When we got back in the car we looked through our phone to the previous day when we made the appointment, called back, and watched the man inside answer the phone. Odds are the overbooked and sent us away with a crap explanation taking no blame for their mistake.
This second time when we took our car for transmission issues, which we discussed before bringing it in and were told they could handle, we were told that there was no "transmission dip stick" in our vehicle. There for they could not check it and would not do any work on the car. When we picked up the car I offered to show them exactly where the transmission dipstick was so they could A. check the fluid, and B. know where it is for future vehicles like ours. They refused and only dropped our bill by $20 dollars.
This Firestone is completely satisfied being incompetent and unable to do the work they say they can. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Go literally anywhere else.

I bought 4 tires (Destination LE3) costing around $1,000. They were 70,000 mile tires and only lasted around 30,0000 miles. When they recommended replacing them, they gave me a pro rated price of $739.76 for new tires. Why would I pay $739.76 for what equates to a 30,000 mile tire? I'll roll the dice on a generic brand of 60,000 mile tires with the same traction and treadwear rating, and a 108 load rating vs. the Destination's 104 rating, for less than half the price. I like to support small and local businesses and don't mind paying extra for it, but I have to get some type of ROI.

Made my appointment on line, received text and email confirmation, dropped car off, and one hour later received a call/text that it was ready. Damon explained the work performed and future care and visits. What more can I ask for?

I come the car for evaluation, and the result was that there were no notes or problems. When I received the car, I found it had an annoying sound that was not present and was not mentioned in the evaluation. I told the branch manager. He said, “Badly, the car is old and the parts are expired. For your information, the model is 2017.” He said, “If you want to fix the fault, you will bear the parts and the cost of the repair.” He did not acknowledge the technicians' mistakes or apologize, and in the end he told us that there was no point in discussing and that he wanted to leave...the worst experience in my life and it will never be repeated.

Top notch staff that can assist but never try and talk you into anything. When they service your vehicle, they do an inspection and both show and explain why it may be a potential issue. They also provide quotes for the recommended services, which are great for price comparison. They also seem a bit more capable and knowledgeable than some other places I have taken my vehicles.

Usually my experience with this location is A1. I really have to call that into question today. I called the store on 02/28/2024 and spoke to a Bret Hogan to schedule a 4 tire replacement. I was told there were no tires in house that match and I would have to wait until April for my appointment. I was surprised but willing to wait due to past experience. That was a HUGE mistake. I wait for over 4 WEEKS! When I arrive on 04/01/2024 i was greeted by Thoren Bell (Excellent as always) and processed per usual. I then receive a call 8 hours later! informing me that there were no tires in house. NONE IN HOUSE?! i just waited 4 weeks because they "weren't in house". I was then told i would be contacted as they sort through this issue. I had to call at 5:15 because they close at 6pm, just to be told the exact same thing. The store manager is actively avoiding the issue and is clearly having major trouble managing this location. I now have a vehicle with a flat tire, spare tire, and an entire day wasted. My car was sitting in the EXACT same place I parked it. This was an appalling experience. I will not be back.

Wait takes forever. Better to drop off and come back to pick up if possible. Otherwise service was good.
