Horrible horrible management! My grandson found an electronic game there on Saturday he was so excited but no price on it . Not even sure it even worked it had no cord to plug in , so I asked the kid that was up front if he could ask for a price , he went to the back and I followed him , as I stood outside the double swinging doors I hear the manager LIZ and the other employees trying to come up with a story as to why they couldn’t sell it to me . Then I saw Liz talking to the young kid saying tell her it was left behind by someone and she couldn’t sell it to me as it was to be sent off to online service. The kid came out to tell me and I said before YOU LIE TO ME I heard the whole conversation! He immediately went and got LIZ who came out and I said I heard the conversation and lies that you are telling and coming up with !, her reaction was I CAN SELL IT BUT IT WILL BE PRICED ACCORDINGLY so in other words you will price it extremely high ! I told her I would be contacting cooperate and she turned around and walked back to the back with out another word. I grabbed my grandkids and left ! I WILL NOT DONATE TO YOUR BUISNESS AGAIN AND I WILL NOT EVER SHOP THEIR AGAIN !!!!! I will be calling cooperate and telling everyone I know that this is how your Leavenworth store is ran , on lies ! I can tell this kid has challenges I knew him when he went the Leavenworth school district and LIZ IS HAVING HIM LIE TO CUSTOMERS !!!! If I were his parents I would be very very upset , I thought goodwill taught learning experiences?. To me this is not a learning experience but a shady BUISNESS !!!!!

I found a shirt that was miss marked as a dress. They had 12$ on it. I told them I wanted to buy it and asked them to remark it as a shirt. They took it back and marked it up to $15. I did not purchase it because of this. I asked them why they marked it up like that, they said because it would have been $30 new in the store. Their prices are outrageous, a lot of times above what you pay for it new. I definitely won't be back unless it's totally necessary and I'm in a pinch. If I could give negative stars I would.

Prices are higher since they remodeled. The store has been arranged much nicer.

I really appreciate the team at Goodwill! They are kind and personable. Their hard work pays off in the organization and cleanliness of the store. (Not to mention the eye candy color coordination throughout.) Many thanks for giving unneeded items new life and providing people with resources at an affordable price to enhance their lives.

Our goodwill always has a very large selection of things to look threw. They are pretty proud of their free donations but every so often you can find some good deals.They have color coded discount days as well. Their website has been updated a bit which is helpful.The store has cleaned up a ton and the staff setsUp merchandise displays with product which I think sets a positive and more store front like environment.I have bought several large items from this location and the staff is extremely speedy and helpful getting it off the floor and organized. They load the product with you in the back if you need help and they offer use of the furniture dolly’s.All in all it’s a good place to check out if you need Knick knacks and clothes.Their shoe selection has massively grown as well. Woman’s dress shoes in particular.

Since the new owner...It's always nice and clean, people are friendly and prices are better before it was like shopping at a regular store.

We regularly come to this location because it is so close to our house. It’s not gigantic, which is something I enjoy because it isn’t overwhelming inside. All of the staff here have been extremely kind and the store itself is relatively clean.The main complaint that I have is the pricing of items. It’s not even the increase in overall prices that is frustrating, it’s the inconsistency. It’s understandable that employees take into consideration that certain brands and collectibles are worth more. There are regularly coach bags priced at 70+. But when there are two identical items priced differently (like two of the same skeins of new yarn, one for .99 and one for 3.99) it is a bit confusing. Also, sometimes you will find Walmart brand kids clothing marked for 1.99 a shirt just to see another next to it for 7.99. I’ve even seen mainstay home items marked as more expensive than the same item new/on the shelf at Walmart. At the same time, I’ve seen a dirty hamper priced at 9.99 sitting directly next to a solid wood, cedar lined, dovetail jointed antique vanity in amazing condition priced at 12.99 (total score, it came home with me and now houses my makeup).Maybe the pricing is out of their hands but at other Goodwill locations in the area I’m finding consistently low prices. Either way, we still enjoy coming here but it would be nice to see clothes and housewares, especially items that are known to be budget brands, priced in a manner that families on strict budgets could afford.

This place is UNBELIEVABLE!! They want $3.85 for used DVDs, no guarantee they even work,scratches on them!!And only 1 rude cashier working register.

The remodeled goodwill is nice. it is, however, mostly a clothing store. There are small sections of electronics, furniture, housewares, etc...
