I have been taking my kids to Great Clips for years. I love the app for signing in online and the clip notes they keep each visit. The staff at the Leavenworth location are so kind and patient with my 3 active kids.

Last time I went here I cried. I asked for a trim and they cut like 3 inches off. They cut all the way up the sides making me look like an egg🤦 DO NOT go here

Do not ever go here if you care about how you look. A simple taper fade turned into an uneven high fade and not to mention the two months of beard growth is now gone. A beard trim somehow turned into an early 2000s chin strap. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would've gotten a better haircut from a blind chicken with scissors glued to it's feet.

I have had good experiences here and bad ones. Be very, very, very clear the length you want and expect or you're going to go way shorter! If you have a moving kiddo maybe mention that up front and ask who's best with that and wait a bit longer for them.

My family member went there this week and asked for a short haircut, instead the hairdresser refused to take it as short as she wanted because she was concerned about the length. Why question the client when the client has been asking for this style of hair for almost four years? She’s unhappy with this service as I am, please take the clients requests into consideration rather than just a suggestion.

whatever you do, DO NOT let the old blonde lady with bangs to cut your hair.
my last visit, the lady i had cut my hair so beautifully.
this time i asked for the cut (pictured below) and she somehow managed to give me the worlds worst bob. she cut off like 7-8 inches of my hair, took it to like 2 inches of the back of my head. she didn’t blend the front of my hair. it’s giving little lad. i cried for hours to the point that today, the day after, my eyes are SO swollen and they hurt so bad.
during my cut, she joked about how giving a bad haircut would be funny and i didn’t say anything bc like what? and then she said well obviously not for you. she went on to say how she’s the most experience stylist there and she basically runs the show.
this lady should be FIRED!!! like are you serious?
luckily i have an appointment to fixed what she absolutely ruined. i want a god damn refund.
