Jewell is the person that helped and she was phenomenal!! She was so personable and friendly. Super helpful!! The only thing that sucked was the smell of ripe sewage, people were coming in and walking right out. It is hard to sit there for a while. They need to get that fixed asap.

Not only was I treated with a smile my taxes were confusing for me your staff went beyond the normal efforts and has always been kind and explained all the bumps and unknowns. Jewell is a godsend and don't you lose her customer problem solving skills. I will be back every year.the whole office was fantastic!

The Liberty Tax office in Leavenworth, Ks has the absolute best customer service. I have been going there for five years now and have never had a bad experience. Everyone in the office are so helpful and thoughtful! Don’t hesitate to get here for you annul taxes you’ll be in GREAT HANDS!!
