I had a great experience working with Mr. Steven Tarchala, a life and health specialist at Financial Strategies, Inc. He helped me find the best health insurance plan for my elderly mother, who needed affordable and comprehensive coverage. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the process. He explained all the options and benefits clearly, and answered all my questions and concerns. He also offered assistance with the enrollment and management of the plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace. I highly recommend Mr. Tarchala to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and professional insurance agent. He is not only an expert in his field, but also a caring and compassionate person who puts his customers first.

Used this bank for the first time buying my home. The kindness and helpfulness is outmatched. Never in my life have I found a bank willing to go the extra mile for me like they did. I also use their insurance department for my home insurance. Helps to have it all in one place for the same great service. Glad I walked through the doors so many years ago I will stay with them until my home is paid for because they are always there when I need them.

Great service great bank I just wish that whenever you have a password problem u could be able too talk too sumone on Saturday and Sunday that was my only problem other then that I love ❤️ ? ? ❣️ ? ? ❤️ ? ? bank percent ?

I would bank here if they had a handicap door button. I know about 8 others that refuse to bank here because of it. They can't get there wheelchair through two sets of double doors.

My father passed. My brother and I were trying to open an estate account at one of his 5 banks he had accounts with. Because my brother lives in New Jersey and I am in Texas 4 of the banks wouldn't even talk to us about it until we came back to Kansas. Jebreel Jarik and Cheryl Luke got things started, called us, any problem, any question was answered. If they didn't have the answer, they got us to someone on the phone. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service and care this staff put into getting our account started and keep checking to see how they can help us. Great bank, great service, great people.

Bank incorrectly reports that I had late payment, refuses to correct this error, damaged my credit report severely. They are refusing to correct the incorrect reporting. They have abrogated their responsibility to accurately report information to the bureaus. I am a business owner, and I go out of my way to help my customers. I do not understand their motivation in going out of their way to harm their customers. I did not expect this from a local small-town bank. Very very disappointed, deeply regret that I ever did business with them.

From the first time in the lobby to opening our accounts, Dan answered all of our questions and concerns. Switching banks is no small task and Dan made it so easy. We did not feel rushed in making any decisions. Dan asked intuitive questions about our businesses and personal needs and provided us with options for future needs. Absolute worse bank I have been to. My family and I have had the hardest time trying to use our money. I called today to discuss some charges, whilst doing this the teller was very rude and talked over me multiple times. When I finally talked to the deposit manager, Marline, I was very polite and explained the situation with the previous teller. She didn’t want to help me at all. She was rude, and LIED to me and proceeded to tell me my account was closed and I wouldn’t be able to access my money. I needed help and instead they made the situation worse. Thank god for the Tonganoxie branch for being truthful and telling me my account wasn’t closed and my card was ready for use. DO NOT BANK HERE.these people do not want to help you. I would definitely recommend an etiquette class for these women!

Isaac McCabe and Dan Winton have both been extremely helpful in preparing our finances for retirement. There are many complex decisions to be made, and they are clearly explained. Adjustments to our accounts are promptly made to achieve the best overall arrangement.
