Have always been respectful, knowledgeable. Have used several times on my truck, my wife's suv, and 3 of my kids' vehicles. Ben(the only one we've ever encountered) is our go to guy! Pricing is very reasonable and does great work! š Responds quite promptly and even comes to our residence 30 minutes away from shop even after they close. Most places you'll have to wait until next day. Communicates quite well on times of availability.

Thank you Ben for great on site service at a very reasonable price! A/C went out on our JD 6110 just in time for cutting hay. Called Ben and he came out to the farm same morning. Repair required part from John Deere, which I picked up, and Ben returned the next morning to install at no additional charge. Had the 6110 blowing cold air within the hour, getting me back in the field quickly. I would highly recommend S&B Auto and plan to use them again in the future when needed.

Had a dead battery and a security alarm going off, my husband called literally 2 minutes before they closed and Ben managed to make it out and fix my car right up. Best $70 ever spent and the first mechanic I feel wasnāt trying to hit a lick with me. Definitely going to be recommending him to everyone in town.
Editing to a neutral star given my last experience. My car battery died, he was suppose to pick up a new one but had a āemergencyā job, so he took off with my keys which was whatever at first. He was gonna come back later that same day and finish the job. He never came back. We give patience until mid afternoon the next day when my husband starts messaging this guy telling him I need my keys. Doesnāt respond. Luckily he drove my husband by his house on the last job. So we drove to this guys house to get my keys, lady that answers says heās out on a job and he has my keys on him. He FINALLY reaches back out at around 9pm and we have my keys back by 10pm. It was very bizarre and we havenāt hired back since because of it. So beware of something weird

Contacted Ben a few weeks back, after getting his information from a friend, about my alternator going out on my car, he quoted me about $400 less than the shop Iāve always used in the past! Even with him coming to me, over an hour away from him! The job was done very quick and efficient! Very impressed with his service and will be keeping him in mind in the future for any car repairs I may need!

My granddaughters car got broke into last night. Broke out window and stuck screw driver in ignition and broke it. I called S&B from Texas to see if he could look at it. He drove over there and fixed it and gave me a quote for window. If you need anything call this shop. There quick and reasonable give them a call.

S&B Automotive doses very excellent work, they repair 4 things on my suv, the other auto shops in town want to charge way to much, they put to much upcharge on work, but S&B, DON'T they are honest, straight up and don't lie to you, like other shops do. I recommend S&B Automotive for all my car needs. Thank you so much.

Originally called S&B to replace my starter. Ended up hiring again for additional repairs on both my RV and truck. If thereās anyone in the Leavenworth or Kansas City area that is looking for a reliable, well priced, knowledgeable mobile mechanic, id highly recommend S&B.

This is the best auto mechanic I've ever had he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done and I've seen the terrible people he sometimes has to deal with and I've been using him for years the amount of people he helps is why he has wait time and some people get inpatient and r so rude to him and it's definitely not far he's very busy and it's well worth the wait I promise

The absolute worst, they take your money and donāt repair your vehicle. Then they block your vehicle in so you canāt access it. They do not return phone calls or text messages. They tell your car is finished but when you go pick it up you canāt find them. They send you to go get parts and then go missing. Had to call police to get my vehicle returned to me and no work was donāt to it.!!!!! Do not give down payment, you will not receive it back and you will have to take them to small claims court for your money!!!! They donāt even have a real shop itās just any alley with a whole bunch of broken down cars. In the back. Apparently they do this to lots of customers!!! Take money and not do work!!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!! NO STARS AT ALL

Ben exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and kind. He was able to get my car back on the road in record time. I now have a dependable mechanic I can call on a moments notice. Ben gives me peace of mind at a very fair price. Highly recommended.
