The owner of this business has been beyond helpful for me, especially when it comes to the affordability. Her staff is always extremely kind and helpful and can answer any questions that I have. They are always quick to help when you call with questions or concerns. The integrity of their business and how the business is ran is wonderful.

Easily the best business I have ever encountered. April was understanding, compassionate, and helpful when we experienced issues with our PPM move here a year ago. She went above and beyond to help us out and make us feel welcome to the community. Her excellent customer service did not end there. We stored our camper at Storage Box and when she discovered we had removed it early, she refunded the months we had already prepaid. I recommend Storage Box to everyone to know. Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for having discovered this business with amazing people like April.

I have used their fed ex services and have had the upmost professional caring and helpful 2 employees, they did not become frustrated when I could not email label they just stayed calm and not once got upset. This place is awesome

Good sized unit for $60 a month
I ended up being unable to pay my bill for 3 weeks and the only thing I got charged extra for was a one time $10 late fee. I don’t even think they locked me out of the unit.

Very easy to get a unit. Hassle free. Only thing I do not like is them closing at 9 pm. As I work over nights and sleep most of my days so it makes it harder for me to get into my storage for the things I need. Prices aren't bad though.

Great experience! Had a smaller unit at the Cherokee location for 3 months. No issues. Friendly staff and very helpful!

Eisenhower location no problem! Cherokee location - DO NOT USE!!! Everything we just removed was covered in green mold - and it is "not their problem". Very disappointing.

The Cherokee location has moisture problems all our belongings were coved in mold. The concrete floor was damp to the point the bottom of boxes showed signs of water staining. Called to see what could be done and was told it is our problem they didn't seem to care

We were hosting a fund raiser yard sale at our church for a Free Women's clinic. This facility graciously offered a unit free of charge to store some of the items that were donated. We are very grateful to them.
