Went in on a Monday and ordered four new tires. Returned on Wednesday and the shop was incomplete disarray with no staff available. The one staff member who was present was cursing and visibly irate in front of all the customers that had been waiting there for 15 minutes. It is supposed to be a first come first serve basis, but that is not what they do. beware all women, they are prejudiced towards females. Husbands and sons do not let your wife or mother’s go to this shop. I’ve been there before and the service has always been sketchy, but today was Horrific and upsetting

Don't waste your time. Dropped tire off for repair with a screw in it and was told 2-3 hours to complete and they would call when finished. 5 hours later called and was told they would call back. 45 minutes later called 3 times and was hung up on once and no answer the other 2 times. Went to business and although there were 2 people up front neither acknowledged me, then 5 minutes later they said someone would be with me soon, another 5+ minutes, someone asked the 2nd people in line what they needed, then realized I was at the counter and asked me. I inquired about the status of my tire I dropped off that was setting in the same place from 6.5 hours earlier that they had not touched. He eventually came in to grab the tire after talking with the shop. He told me it would be a while so I took my tire and left with no work done. Terrible customer service and I will not return.

I’m a horrible driver and they fixed and saved the day for me. Highly recommend running the squirrel over instead of the curb. 5 stars all the way.

These guys are amazing! My tire was going flat so I drove over there to get it fixed, they got me right in! Very nice, soft-spoken & humble. Dale found the leak & plugged it. He was very thorough. Was so helpful, definitely went above & beyond. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!!

Awesome service and shop!! Great customer service. They helped me out when I was in a bind and unexpectedly repaired one of my damaged tires at no cost. I plan to take my business here in the near future, thank you tire town!

Got new tires there beginning of this year, dale was the one I worked with and he was great! Fast forward to this week. I call because we have a nail in our tire and he tells me to come in and ask for him. My wife is being induced on Friday so I was freaking out about the tire. He got it in and took care of the screw that was in there! Tire town is amazing and Dale is the best!! Thanks guys!

Amazing service from a small town local business. Brought a tire in needing an easy repair. They got me in and fixed it right away. Old school quality service you don't see in today's world. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me out. Will be bringing my business to tire town from now on. Awesome shop!

I have been buying new and used tires from them for years. Apparently you have to buy tires from particular people or they refuse to sell you a tire unless that person is there. Had me pull into the bay and sit for 2 hrs while they lied and said they were looking for one. They said they didn't have one just for somebody to find the one I requested they order. Because I got mad, I was called broke even though I was buying a new tire, told it was my fault for waiting patiently for 2 hrs, and then I was told to leave. Keep in mind i only ordered that new tire because the used tire i got from them the month prior was peeling and losing air. OK, I'll leave cause I refuse to beg to buy something from a business. Looking at the reviews, maybe they don't value their black customers as much as I thought. They won't get my money again and that's a promise.

Got two tires rebalanced after Firestone Auto Care dropped the ball. Tire Town’s service was very efficient and courteous. Most importantly the work quality was spot on. Great value, great experience. Highly recommend this place!

Customer service is terrible when you walk in no one greets there’s one guy inside waiting area that just sits at his computer don’t even acknowledge you so you have to walk out to the shop and tell ignore you too just go somewhere else don’t waste your time here

Called to see if they could mount and balance my tires and they said they could. Drove over an hour to get them done just to get there and be told that they can not do them. Shouldn't tell people on the phone that you can do them and not do it when they arrive, especially when they drive over an hour.
