Coded gate for security. Residence on site adds to security. Sturdy, clean units with solid, stout doors. Easy to lift, easy to close. Rates are why I give 3 stars and not 5. The rates have increased too many times too recently. Wish I didn't have to look for invites somewhere else so that I can afford to keep them. :(

I have happily stored at Tower for years without any issues. The online process for new rentals is easy. From start to finish, it only takes a few minutes to complete and immediately receive access codes. Clean units, clean facilities, 24-hour access.

My experience with my storage unit began in 2014 when my brother passed away. I paid &75 for many years, then $80 and never had a problem … then a new company bought out the storage unit and my payment went from $80 to $115! I couldn’t afford it anymore … that was just too much!! I had to get out!
