Always rude on the phone - barb is probably the worst. She always seems very judgmental and bothered that you dared call. My meds are often short, I’ve walked in the store multiple times and overheard other customers also claiming of being short on meds. Most of the time the rest of the staff is kind, patient, informative, and helpful. I do like the convenience of the store hours and drive through option. When calling to get a rx activated they say that they don’t have any RXs in under my name, and many times I have to have my dr call to activate the RX. They say they can see everything on my profile yet I always have to ask them to look in the “saved folder”. It’s a lot of small things that just add up that make me not like this store. It always seems like they want to make everything harder than it should be. I give barb 0* and I try to avoid dealing with her at all. No one else on staff sticks out like she does as far as poor customer service.

It's frustrating when you're forced to wait in the drive through line for nearly 40 minutes to take a covid test because someone does off their prescription but decided to hold up the line to wait for it. The pharmacy tech was rude when I asked her why they require the patients to park and wait for a script to be filled. I couldn't go in because I was really sick (turns out I had covid) and was there to get a test.

Love this place, and Yes they now Close for lunch and if no what time it is everyday, and always Helpful always Great me and some of the new people are a little shy. but still love this Pharmacy, and all it's People

I was very frustrated that I had gone online and scheduled to get my flu vaccination today at Walgreens Pharmacy in Leavenworth. When I got there there was a very long line and when I spoke up and said that I had a scheduled appointment I was told they had no record of my appointment and the woman behind the counter with the name tag Barb said, "oh we never get those" and despite the fact that I had the reservation reminder saved on my phone I was still expected to wait behind about 8-10 walk-in clients. Furthermore the same woman was wearing her mask so far below her nose that I could see her complete upper lip and as a high-risk individual it concerned me that a pharmacy technician would not have more respect for the public. In all I took me over an hour to get a 1-minute flu vaccine and there were multiple people waiting around not socially distancing themselves so that I had to walk away from the area to keep myself at a distance. I thought the whole thing was very poorly done and I feel someone should teach Barb the importance of wearing her mask the right way and the value of treating customers with respect. I will say the pharmacist to actually gave me the shot was very nice and acted professionally.

Cashiers are always friendly great savings
