It’s a good class. François, the instructor keeps you going. It’s hard for an old guy like me to keep up and follow what he’s doing but I give it hell. A few more classes and I should have it down better.

Great workout. Fun atmosphere. Really nice staff. If you like aerobic, music and dance then this place is for you. First class is free. I went for there band class which was a lot of fun. The room looks like a disco dance floor. Great music and instructor. A combination of strength, weights and aerobic dance class.

This is definitely the place to get in shape! The instructors are not only knowledgeable, but patient as well! A very encouraging way to dance yourself to a new healthy you!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone who is tired of going to the gym!
