We just had an incredible experience at this
Leawood store..Siid helped us with a complicated situation involving four separate iPads on one Apple ID. He was patient, helpful and humorous.

Only phone store or phone service of any kind that hasn’t made me irate. they are usually efficient and KEEP their appointments unlike Best Buy which is who i am to use in Wichita Ks. They are always at least a hour or two behind on appointments and extremely rude and nasty. I don’t like the fact that i have to drive 3 hours in order to NOT deal with Best Buy. Apple really needs to remedy this. Worst electronics store in the country is Best Buy and you shouldn’t be forced to to go there for warranty work.

My iPhone has the worst keyboard software to ever make it to market. Remember when Apple had that marketing slogan, “It just works.” Well their keyboard just doesn’t work.

Wow, Awesome experience. This place was screaming busy and we still got started when we walked in the door. We were done in less than 30 minutes with complete activation and transfer of data, thanks icloud. Only complaint no rugged cases at any Apple store just silicone.

Frustrating experience with the staff there. I already got a diagnostic on my phone from T-Mobile and Apple Support over the phone and they both told me to go in store and pay $5 to get a new phone for my issue. Quick fast and simple. So I did and got attitude and no help. It seemed like they weren't interested in assisting me. When I tried to bring it up, they made it seem like I was in their way and inconvenient in their time, clearly. Customer service should be retained, but I definitely didn't feel valued as a customer or for my business.

The ABSOLUTE worse customer service and overall experience. The replacement phone didnt work. Came back twice just to get a working phone.

I’ve been here about 4 times in a year or so. It’s been well above good (very good) each time. Staff greets customers as they enter, checking most of us in in a few minutes. The wait time has varied from none to more than 30 minutes depending upon how busy/time of day.
Excellent skill levels of staff helped me solve an issue or two with my device(s) every time. Very recommended, esp. appointments with the Genius Bar team.

Alex did a great job helping us out. He deserves a bonus for his service. A previous Apple employee refused to help us which lead us to consider using jui jitsu to submit him into helping us. But we got lucky and Alex helped with no need for a guillotine choke.

First off I arrived at 5pm and the lady said she checked me in and someone would be with me in 20 mins, I waited an additional 25 mins before inquiring. The young man said my appointment was now at 645.
I finally get help around 7:05-7:10.
I needed my phone replaced, but that was a nightmare. They leave me to set up everything myself as well as constant reminder that they were about to close, so I felt rushed. In the end my phone didn’t finish updating/syncing, they didn’t check for updates or anything on the new phone before I left.
Which led me to spend 2.5 hours on apple chat this morning to get the help I needed for my phone. Which I’m still not sure it was all done properly.
However they apple chat rep was very patience!
