I have purchased a quite a few pieces of furniture from Arhaus!! I can sure tell you that the quality of their furniture and their customer service couldn’t be any worse! The last piece of furniture that I purchased was an outdoor swivel chair which broke, and I was advised to call the concierge in Ohio and purchase a replacement piece which I did! They sent me the wrong piece And I waited over a month before they finally let me know that they could not replace the piece and I was basically on my own to figure out how I was going to repair it!! I would rethink purchasing anything in that store! I am not the only person that feels this way!! The quality is very poor!!

I love the pieces at Arhaus, but my experience has been negative like many other reviews on here. I purchased the 54” Kensington table on May 26th and it was delivered on June 9th. The table was chipped and the finish was messed up, so I emailed back and forth with customer service and decided to exchange the table on June 14th. After the 14th, I didn’t hear anything, so I waited and followed up on June 21st. I ended up calling the store on June 22nd and thought there might be some resolution - I decided to try to exchange it for the 60” Kensington. I received an email on June 23rd regarding the receipt to exchange/upgrade and was told they’d follow up on lead times. I have not heard anything since the 23rd. I followed up via email on the 29th and again this morning. At this point, the experience has been so negative I just want to return the table. It’s unfortunate because I would love this piece if it was the correct size, not damaged, and if customer service would service their customers.

I stopped in to do some looking for a future project and was lucky enough to be assisted by a salesperson named Kimberly. Not only was she professional and helped guide me with my ideas( even though I won’t be buying in the near future) she also let me know about their design services and house calls when I am ready. I’ll be back and will most certainly look forward to working with her!

The customer service at the Leawood is absolutely horrendous. The staff seems too busy staring at their computers to help or even say hi when you walk in. If you want any assistance, you have to approach the counter and speak to them first before you get any response, and then they just stare at you like you're bothering them. Not to mention, it take forever for your furniture to arrive and gets delayed multiple times without any notice. Good Luck if you shop here.

Reviews are correct. Once they have your money they stop caring. We purchased a few things and once we paid I asked for help carrying to the car.
They told me “oh no you can just carry it out yourself.”
As I carried a 150lbs piece of artwork by myself out the front door, the entire sales staff just watched and didn’t even bother to hold the door open while I struggled.
Pretty crap service. Furniture is low quality for the price.

Arhaus presents themselves well as long as you are purchasing but once they have your money forget about ANY semblance of care. Store and regional leadership will not even follow through with their own corporate directives to assist clients. We steer everyone we know away from this business.

I have been looking to redo a few rooms in my home and wanted to see the pieces in person. We have a few things already and know the quality is great but it’s always nice to get to see and feel the colors and fabrics. I don’t have the best eye for matching colors/fabrics/patterns so it was so helpful that there were knowledgeable team members there to help. I ended up walking around the store with Josie. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! She truly knew exactly what she was talking about and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. Her insights and recommendations were spot on, helping me find the perfect pieces for my projects. Josie was patient, attentive, and very helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring that every question I had was answered in detail. I couldn’t be more pleased with the hospitality and help I received. If you’re looking for expert advice and top-notch customer care, ask for Josie!!

I definitely would not recommend although we love the furniture (the pieces that have been actually delivered). We paid in full for our order in Jan. And it’s mid July and full order is still not fulfilled and now they are saying maybe September. We bought two sofas, recliner and ottoman and a table and 6 chairs. Communication is terrible they only answer questions or tell you about delays when you call them. Last time I called they said they would speak to a manager and see if they could get our order completed and let me know but it’s been over 2 weeks and still no word. Products are good but delivery has not been at all on the time frame they said it would be. We will not be buying any further items from this brand. Very dissatisfied with how the process has gone.

I recently discovered this gem of a store! Jenni H has been amazing to work with, her design skills are incredible. She is extremely professional and listens to my ideas. The furniture is high quality and made in the USA, I also love the warranty policy. Cannot recommend Arhaus and Jenni enough!

We purchased a table, 5 chairs and a rug before Christmas. Have an invoice for the items with a $299 shipping fee. After several weeks distribution contacts us saying the chairs are ready for delivery. We indicate they are of limited value without the table and are told if we prepay for everything they can prioritize the table and rug and deliver everything sooner. They then reach out to deliver but only have the chairs when they arrive. No table and no rug. Few weeks later they reach out and deliver the table but again no rug. Now months later the rug is available and they have refused to ship until we pay another delivery fee because we “chose” three deliveries. Never was this discussed and nor did we ever control their ability to deliver. We have an invoice, have paid for the rug in full and now for over a week they refuse to discuss anything until we pay a $299 delivery fee on a $500 rug. We call and they promise to call back or escalate but we end up having to call again to further escalate to no avail. The audacity of holding a paid order hostage because of their delays in delivery is unacceptable. Our sales rep has spoken to us but after a week the manager and regional manager can’t be bothered to respond or take a call.
