My daughter was one of the brides that was taken advantage of at The One Bridal and Lisa stepped in and was able to find her dress with the designer. We ordered the groomsmen’s attire, bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dress. They have beautiful dresses to choose from and can’t say enough about their customer service! Thank you!”

“ive been to six bridal shops, mostly in the KC area and this was by far the best experience! I loved my stylist (brooke) who pulled so many perfect dresses and also listened to what i wanted and never made me feel like my opinions or thoughts were not valid. i had an awful experience with another KC shop that tried to get me to buy a dress i didnt love on the spot (my wedding was 2 years away lol) and then when i said i wanted to wait, they told me to not go shopping anywhere else till my wedding date was closer so i was scared Savvy would be pushy into making a sale as well but they were so understanding and respectful of MY timeline, reassured me im super early in the process and they really just want you to find your dream dress even if its not their shop. this is what every bridal shop should be like!!”

“My experience at Bridal Extraordinaire was absolutely incredible. My mom and aunt had driven halfway across the country to be with me to find my dress. On that Saturday, we had had two other appointments earlier in the day, I already tried on countless dresses, and found nothing. It was 4:30 in the afternoon, they were leaving the next day, I was feeling down on my luck, and I had no other appointments scheduled. On a whim, we called a few bridal shops and asked if I could just try on a few dresses without appointment before they closed. All of them said no besides Bridal Extraordinaire. When we arrived we were greeted so warmly by everyone there, especially my consultant, Angie. I told her I was worried I wouldn’t get the “feeling” that you hear about when women find their dress and I would just settle. She had so much confidence and kindness from the get-go that it completely boosted my spirits and hope. She told me “We are gonna try on dresses, find the one, pop some champagne, and go home”. And an hour later we were all in tears, celebrating my perfect dress, and drinking champagne. Thank you Angie! And thank you BE! You guys went above and beyond to make this experience truly special. “5/5 stars for Jamie - she was my saving grace for finding a MOH dress! She was very patient with me and listened to everything I said. She checked every dress before I tried it on to make sure I could get it in the color and by the time of the wedding.

2/5 on my experience before finding Jamie. I could only find my size or a close size in 3 dresses. All the others were size 4 or size 18. Need more size options… very defeating! This was my 4th time coming into David’s bridal to find a dress. The first time the lady had me and all the bridesmaids in different fabrics resulting in half us needing to change our dresses. Providing dresses that didn’t come in the fabric or color even after telling her the color and fabric chosen. The second time the lady was the rudest person and didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. I left very defeated and she had me get the completely wrong size. She made me not want to buy from you at all! The 3rd time I was brought a dress and fell in love to find out it didn’t come in the color. They should really check that before having you try on a dress.”

“Ricca Sposa saved my wedding and bridal experience. I originally ordered my Pronovias dress from a local St. Louis bridal shop on 2/10/24. I was originally told that it would arrive in June. Then it turned into July, then October, and still nothing as of November 2nd. Went to the store and told me that it wasn’t supposed to ship until November 13th with an unknown arrival date. After 9 months of waiting and empty promises, and only 6 months to go until my wedding day, I cancelled the order. After some research, I found Ricca Sposa to be the next closet Pronovias retailer - 4 hours away. Karina was amazing with everything being handled over the phone. She reassured me through the whole process and was extremely responsive with any questions I had. Without asking, they lowered the price to almost match the previous purchase cost from the other store. I ordered my dress in the afternoon of 11/2 and it already arrived to their store in the afternoon of 11/11. Karina was kind enough to call me the minute the dress arrived and sent a quick video before sending it off. It arrived at my house less than 24 hours later. As excited as I was, I forgot to message her and inform her of the arrival. She emailed me at 7 am this morning (the next day) to make sure I received it. I truly can’t express how grateful I am for Karina making my dream dress become a reality during a stressful time.”
