Lost deposits and cashed someone's check into my account. Nice staff but new computer system is junk. Update 4/17/2021 -- Was sent a not-so-nice letter from Capfed about my review. Noted that the wrong person's check in my account was the Fed Rev mistake and not capfed. As I explained to them before, I can see the other person canceled check in my account, which is Capfed software, not the fed rev.... so I now have someone's checking account number, name address, phone number (all listed on the check that is setting in my account).. and that is not a problem???? we are working on changing banks.. system goes down, work check is not deposit ontime.... Good staff in the banks, but corp is out of touch....

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and rude communication with good customers. Branch manager who sticks up for employee who was clearly wrong and the customer was right. Same branch manager was rude to the customer. Branch manager refused to give the name and number of his manager. Branch manager said that he didn’t want customers like me anyway. All of this stemmed from a situation where the teller gave me the wrong amount of money. Before this, the teller told me my account was overdrawn, which it wasn’t, and she later acknowledged that it wasn’t. The situation took almost 30 minutes at a drive-through at the College Boulevard branch. It should have been a simple check cashing procedure which normally would have taken about two minutes.

Great service over the phone and in person. I love capfed because their digital tools are easy to use and their app actually works. Great locations, too. They don't spam you with mail, which is nice.
