We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. He was so professional and kind and that is so hard to find these days when shopping. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the great smile that went with it. He reminded me of my son that is close to his age. After shopping there today, I will always choose this location in KC to do my VV shopping and highly recommend it to everyone! I spent over an hour in the store trying on different pieces to find the right fit, and these women helped me exceptionally. They helped give me feedback on the way an item was designed to fit and how it looked on me and always brought me extra sizing options to choose from when one item didn't fit like we thought it should. I am so thrilled with my new clothes and am so thankful Debra and Julie were so patient with me.
