I went in to open an account. When I opened the account, the banker didn’t care to speak to me. We sat in silence while he opened my account. He didn’t ask me any questions. He didn’t explain any of my account information. He just gave me a folder and told me I was all set. I had to call commerce bank support about an ATM card because I wasn’t ever told I could get one. While I was calling in to get my card, they said my address was incorrect. He copied the address from my I.D and didn’t ask me if I still resided there or not. Very unprofessional. I’m not coming back to this location.

For some reason, service is always extremely slow or the ATM doesn’t work or their lanes don’t work. And there’s really little apology. Strange way to treat customers.

Love my banks fast service. I can get on with my day, with no delays. They answer all my questions and help me out when I have problems. The customer service is outstanding. I wish I had everyone name, that helped me. They deserve recognition. I would strongly recommend Commerce Bank for customer service and fast service.

Really unfortunate I have to 1 star a particular branch - let’s see if I get contacted by this scam credit card company. DO NOT, I repeat, do NOT get a credit card from Commerce Bank. This scam company is charging me monthly for two separate interest/overdraft fees on a checking account through commerce I CLOSED 8 months ago and have made every single monthly payment - never missed.Shooting this info to BBB-hopefully exposing their scams.Go with Sofi - use your brain - smarten up - check every option you have. I just want to be able to help at least one person.

Yes I visited the Commerce Bank, as I have been banking there for over 20yrs, I went to ATM to deposit a check. I realize I did not have a pen, so I decided to go threw the drive through.Well I sat there for at least 15 mins, there were 2 tellers their male and female. They both walked to the back, no one else was in line. So I pressed the button, still no one came out, low and behold someone pulled up right next to me, here they both comming running out they did come to my aide, but when I asked for a pen they both immediately started helping the customer next to me, never came back to me or anythibg, even after I had to press the button again. Then when they finish with the customer next to me that is when they came to me. I just left.

I just wanted to say Dustin was the teller who helped me on 12/15/21. His customer service was exceptional as well as his understanding. I was frustrated but he didn’t let that bother him, remained humble and helped me despite my attitude. Thanks Dustin

First of all this is not a reflection of the person who helped me today. I deposited two check through the drive through and I received two receipts for the two acct deposits, I get down the street and look and it isn't my accts. So I go back and they were helpful and fixed it but they said they brought me up by my first middle initial and last name. They don't accept paper slips filled out with your account numbers on it. So they found me finally by my birthday. So there is someone else who has an account there with the same name as mine. Because of policy they bring you up by name and not name and account number. This has happened twice now. I am abiut ready to pull my money and go to a different bank. Again, the clerk did what she was trained to do. I can imagine if your name is John brown or John Smith and they don't check anything and throw the money in someone else's acct. Becaise the want to eliminate a paper trail. This has caused problems. Be aware and check your balance on your phone before you leave the drive through.

Commerce Bank is a great bank and the staff at this branch could not be more helpful. I am a business owner and have my business account and my personal accounts with Commerce Bank. They do not disappoint!

Service at this branch has a very long way to go. There are many banks around, so one of the things keeping me at Commerce has always been the quality of service. I am new to the area, so I will be looking for other branches that are as friendly and accommodating as the Commerce Bank I frequented in my previous town. One teller here in particular acts as if every person who walks into the bank is a personal inconvenience and annoyance. She was condescending and impatient, neither of which are endearing in someone whose job in part entails customer service.
