We made a late call into this location with only 30 minutes until they closed but they where so helpful and got us everything we wanted for a present for our son and his girlfriend. Nothing was a problem and offered helpful advice. Definitely will be back again due to the wonderful staff

Ultimately, I was able to accomplish what I needed to do which was pickup an online order. The reason for deducting my overall score was based on the interactions I had with employees prior to pickup. Upon arrival I decided to browse with my husband and see what was new in store (we own and use multiple products from crate and barrel and continue to stop in a couple times a year.) I cannot tell you how many times we were approached by different members of staff asking if we needed help. Complete and total clerky behavior. It was incredibly frustrating and at one point, after having received unwarranted help from one associate, we then immediately were approached by another! When we told her, “no thanks we don’t need help” she has the audacity to ask if, “we were sure we didn’t need it.” Like, clearly, NO!Moving on, when it was time to pickup an order, the clerk was having trouble looking up my order in the system despite me stating my # multiple times. I tried showing her my confirmation email on my phone but she insisted looking it up by my phone #. Ultimately she caved but the whole interaction took way longer than it needed to.Before I left this review I saw other comments stating that they felt profiled and I gotta admit that’s how I feel now that a day has passed. I may not have been dressed in my best yesterday but geez give your shoppers a break. Foot traffic is a luxury for retailers these days. Please remember that.

Very poor customer service. We went in late last night to quickly purchase Jura E6. The first sales associate was helpful but then the other sales associate including tall guy with mask and others was talking over her while she was trying to help us. The manager I believe Nadine came over but wasn't that helpful either. We wanted to be in and out and get what we needed but poor customer service and employee culture we will take our business somewhere else. The main thing that upset me was the constant talking over with the employee that was helping us. Seems like they don't want her make a sale.

My experience with the gift registry was so easy. I like how simple they have it. Too buy a gift and a crate and Barrel box for the look of the gift. They send the gift to the couple no address needed. Very easy and I appreciate that. Thank you.

Three months ago we purchased an expensive multi-functional coffee maker from this location. This afternoon, the unit failed and is defective. The manufacturer was absolutely terrible, offering little in the way of reconciling my issue. Nadine stepped up when the product owner would not. Instead of swapping our defective coffee maker for the same one, we leaned into her expertise (seriously think she has half of the coffee makers on the wall) and purchased a much nicer unit. The CX she provided was top notch. I'll look to C&B before others on future purchases because of it. Thanks, Nadine!

Yesterday my fiancé and I went to crate and barrel to set up our wedding registry. The experience started off normal and fun we had a lovely tour from one of the salespeople and started registering. Mind you we were dressed for the weather, tee shirt and shorts. We have never been more uncomfortable in a store, we could not move nor pick up something without an employee cornering us and asking us if we needed something. We let every employee know we were just registering and enjoying browsing. Yet we were constantly being followed and racially profiled. This begs the question crate and barrel: “should mixed race couples not shop here?” At multiple occasions we picked up something and had an employee just stood behind us till we felt so uncomfortable that we left. It was beyond embarrassing and frankly shocking to be treated as if we were stealing because we came to look at things. I will not be back and will not recommend this to any young couple wanting to a wedding registry.

Every time I go to this Crate & Barrel I am so disappointed. The customer service is always absolutely awful.I love Crate & Barrel, our entire house is furnished with it but each and every time I go to this store I am so upset with how rude the employees are. I don’t know if it was because I was wearing a tshirt and shorts, but I also don’t feel that I should have to dress to the nines to go shopping. I have noticed that if I wear nicer clothes, I do get better customer service; which is so wrong.Today I believe the woman that checked me out was named Beate. She was so rude that I almost put everything back and went home, in hindsight I should have. It really just makes you feel horrible and small when a person is so mean to you while you are just buying something to decorate your house. Employees should make your shopping experience better. Each and every time I have to go into the store I absolutely dread it, purely because of the downstairs customer service.I will say I have had slightly better customer service while purchasing furniture upstairs.

(This review is not about this specific store location) My best piece of advice for wedding registry's.. DONT REGISTER WITH CRATE AND BARREL! I have had so many problems with them. It is the most frustrating thing ever especially in an already stressful time of wedding planning. Their website sucks to begin with and isn't user friendly. I registered for 12 dinner plates, normal right? I ended up receiving 40 PLATES. I thought I was going crazy opening so many. Their website allowed my friends and family to multiple items things over the limit that I set. This same thing happened with candle holders, appetizer plates and others after I was on the phone with customer service for hours at a time asking them and they assured me that it wouldn't happen again.

Incompetent, rude and degenerative staff. I was consistently hung up on by a “manager” named “Chris” after attempting to place an online order. I would not recommend this location.

Be aware of Crate And Barrel‘s procedure on discontinued items. I bought a coffee table 2 years ago and are missing a couple parts when I moved. It’s a part that I could order from the manufacture but they won’t give me the manufactures name and since they have discontinued, the Parson table line of products, I am SOL and I’ve been buying from this company for 20 years never again Crate And Barrel never never again. I called customer service and they reached out to their group to see what they would do for me and they gave me links to Amazon to try to buy a part which won’t fit. This is the kind of service I get from a company like Crate And Barrel I might as well buy from Tuesday morning and they’re going out of business.After I posted this, they asked me to reach out to them which I did and they said they were sorry there’s nothing they could do for me, and would not give me the manufactures name. Why did they asked me to call them in the response statement?

Claudia helped us with the repackaging of a bridal party gift we had previously purchased at crate and barrel. The items had been packaged incorrectly which we understood. When we went in to have them packaged with more care and consideration Claudia saved the day with her incredible customer service, zestful liveliness, and extreme ownership. We will definitively be back and love her!
