Pharmacy continually messes up my partner’s prescriptions, and judging by the conversation a lady is having at the counter with one of the pharmacy techs, she’s not the only one. Don’t get your prescriptions here, they’ll never be ready on time.

Not sure why I get texts that my prescriptions are ready then being told they’ve been processed but not ready and I have to come back the next day. Didn’t know it took 3 days to fill a prescription. This is ridiculous. The hours for this pharmacy are terrible too.

The pharmacy needs help! Corporate pay attention! The individuals working there work hard, and it's not enough. Theyre burned out. The pharmacy drive through is down often. the hours constantly change and my prescriptions were almost never ready on time. I'm moving pharmacies today, but I feel this is a sense of relief not a worry with the volume this place can't handle.

My prescription should have been $45 less per Good Rx. Showed the pharmacy the price I was told it could not be honored. This is wrong and should be corrected. i was taken advantage of by a large conglomerate.

I am always impressed with the service I receive at this location. Recently, I had to pick up a colonoscopy prep kit that was sent by my dr's office to the wrong pharmacy; in the meantime, the staff had the kit transferred AND found me a coupon. This is standard practice for this staff--above and beyond every time! Still, I am baffled by the impatience and poor manners displayed by other customers. Do these people not understand that there are staffing shortages and we are still very much in a pandemic? Come on!

Fast, efficient and super friendly. I love my CVS Pharmacy at 5001 W. 135th in Leawood, Kansas. The staff and pharmacy professionals make all the difference!

Esther and Trinity do such a kick ass job. All through the pandemic they've busted their butts, and put their heart and soul into everything they do. When Adam was in charge of the pharmacy things were rough, you can see a physical and mental change since Jon has come in. All the employees are happy and cheerful regardless of how hectic things are around them. I will always come here for my prescriptions. These people need a raise!

Terrible customer care. I took the COVID per test on 8/20/21. More than 48 hours later no result is available. I spent hours (literally) on the phone. I ran into rude, and careless operators who were not helpful. At some point, I was given a number for the nurse practitioner at the CVS pharmacy, to call. When I called, after waiting on hold for several minute, a nurse rudely told me that she could not help me and after I tried to explain that the number was given to me by a CVS representative she proceeded to hang up on me. During a third phone call to the help line I finally asked to speak with a supervisor. Al that point I was placed on hold for 35 minutes and finally another representative picked up but it was another operator not the supervisor. In conclusion: 50 hours after the test there is no result. But more than that it was insulting the overall feeling that nobody cared at all.

Went in to get my booster and the staff was all very polite. Had to wait about 15m past my scheduled appointment time, but that's my only complaint. They've all got a lot on their hands right now, and they're still doing their best out here!

I was in need of a pre-travel COVID test for emergency travel abroad. I scheduled it 3 days in advance. Up until 10 minutes before the scheduled test, I was receiving text notifications from CVS of my upcoming appointment. When I arrived at the location, I was told at the drive through window that their system had just crashed and they could not do any further testing. I was shell-shocked because I was scheduled for travel within 2 days, and needed the result back in time before departure. I politely asked if they could schedule me at a different location. My request was promptly denied and I was told "we can do nothing about it". I sighed and parked in the pharmacy lot and tried looking up online for a different CVS location that could let me schedule a test for the same day, but I wasn't able to schedule one despite availability since I was still scheduled to get the test at this location! I walked into the pharmacy to request them to cancel my appointment so I could schedule an appointment at a different location, but they said they couldn't! At this point, I politely voiced my impatience, but was curtly asked to "tone down" by the pharmacist, who repeated that they were gonna do "nothing about it". A friend of mine was in a similar situation 2 weeks ago when the same CVS location simply canceled his COVID vaccine appointment at the last minute. On top of everything, the pharmacy staff came across as extremely unprofessional with absolutely no sympathy for my situation. I will never go back at this location, and would recommend no one else does.

The coupons and rewards that come from the CVS app and that you can use in store are often very good. However, this store couldn't get the rewards that were downloaded in the app to apply at the checkout. The checker did her best to try to assist including trying to override the price of an item manually. But she needed the Managers help (Max? Maybe) to try and figure out why the app and coupons weren't processing. All the manager did was ask her a few questions and look at my phone app to confirm the discounts were in fact loaded on my app. Then he simply said he couldn't help and that if their coupons aren't applying from their app then there's nothing he could do. I was confused to say the least. How about just manually overriding the purchase price for those items where the coupons weren't applying (there were only two of a total of three items being purchased that needed adjustments)? Then figure out the app issues later. I guess he didn't want to take the extra three minutes it would have taken to make thing right. To bad. I won't be shopping at that store location anymore. Really, how much effort does it take to correct an obvious error and make your customer whole and happy? It doesn't pay to have a lazy manager in this difficult environment.

Drive thru had a hand written notice that it was \\\"closed due to low staffing\\\", yet there were three people working behind the pharmacy counter when I walked in. The main pharmacist guy was evidently stressed out or having a bad day based on his unpleasant tone towards other pharmacists and waiting customers. Not worth the trouble coming here. There are plenty of better CVS's in the area.
