“Great care, responsive nurses, and Dr. Gatz is thoughtful & takes the time to think through all questions and possibilities. You have much more success using the portal for scheduling appointments, the one area for improvement is working with the front desk via phone.”
“I've been going to this practice to see Dr. Nazario since I was about 17. Let's just say I'm a creature of habit and I'll probably cry when she retires! Dr. Nazario is one of the best family practice doctors. She is kind, thoughtful, and been there for me during loads of changes in my life, always with great advice. As for this practice, I've had hit or miss with some of the on call practitioners, and the front desk staff. Overall I'd say 9/10 times it's great, but there are off days. I would recommend Dr. Nazario to anyone though that is looking for a really great doc.”

One of the great features of College Park Family Care, is not only do they have a good staff of PCP's, but in addition have a variety of excellent specialists, they have the facilities for X-Rays, MRI's, etc.”

“Debra (Secretary) was very helpful when I called early on a Friday morning with a follow up request for the doctor who had last seen me. She communicated with all relevant providers promptly to figure out what would work best for my sschedule and medical issue, as I had seen two different people for that issue. Then, after checking my chart, she discovered I didn't need the follow up appointment after all. (I had mixed up and given her the wrong doctor's name to work with, it's been one of those weeks). Debra was courteous and cheerful and good at what she does”
