We had a great experience with Lonnie in the beginning. Once he was able to write our policy and obtain our business, he disappeared. We have tried to contact him many times to make changes on our policy or ask questions and he has yet to return our calls or e-mails. If you are ok with having to deal with Farmer's Insurance Customer Service and not the same agent each time, this would be a great fit. Otherwise, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. This agent will sweet talk you into a policy and you will never hear from him again. He is conveniently “out of the office” 99% of the time and WILL NOT return calls/emails in a timely matter. There will be major policy changes that you do NOT AGREE TO and you will not be notified from this agent that these changes happen until it’s too late and a claim has been made. I have made several attempts to call him and have yet to hear back. I do NOT RECOMMEND FARMERS OR THIS AGENT.

I have been working with Jourdan to set up new policies. She has a great knowledge of insurance and is very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and was very patient. I highly recommend her for your insurance needs.

I recently made the switch to Lonnie Mackeprang Farmers Insurance Agency. I enjoyed reviewing my coverage and the suggestions Lonnie Mackeprang made. Once I made the decision to switch his support staff and the technology at Farmers has made it very easy to keep on rollin'!

I would honestly say that this agency and Amy were by far the easiest transaction for insurance that I have EVER worked with. They also had the best rates. I am DONE dealing with the “big box” insurance companies and their 5 minutes of voice menu’s and options then of course waiting another 10-30 minutes before I finally get someone to actually talk to. You know who they are. I dealt with Amy who was on point. Extremely professional and communicated every detail. Great experience. Thank you Amy!!

I never expected Farmers to be able to compete with my previous insurance. Frankly, Lonnie and his team surprised the hell outa me. Lonnie took the time to walk through my current policy with me piece by piece and show me how woefully underinsured I was. Then, he ended up quoting me twice the coverage with an additional umbrella policy and still saved me several hundred dollars per year. What an amazing experience! Thanks so much!
